The instructions for installing the bathroom cabinet mirror was very vague and the battery light that it came with had very cheap magnets that did not work and dropped continuously

Helpful staff, were able to answer and concerns I had. Received product and installed and absolutely love the end result.
Installation instructions were not as clear as I hoped and for those that aren’t handy it may be a bit of guessing, but products are awesome once up on the wall.

Our kitchen tap broke, searched the web and found this store had the same to replace, great app navigation, great pricing, notifications on delivery.

We found the staff were extremely helpful and the product quality better than expected. Items arrived 3 days from ordering.

Easy and trustworthy with good quality mirror cabinet.

We bought 2 of the Archie mirror cabinets in Oak. They were best priced on Zure. Delivered in good time. One of them had a massive crack the whole way down the mirror. Zure replaced it easily without fuss. The new one has just arrived and in perfect condition. They look as per online. Very happy.

Ordered and paid for a vanity and mirror online for roughly $2.5k. Next day they tell me there has been a processing error and I owe $200 more. Then they tell me what I ordered was not in stock but that was not what I ordered. Seems very disorganised / dodgy. Asked for a refund instead. Hopefully that will be straight forward.

Wanted a vanity and benchtop combo. After paying and then receiving confirmation email all was fine. Then days went by, finally received shipping update. Was told benchtop out of stock for couple months, after I already paid. Asked for refund for the top but ill still take the vanity. Received the vanity. Rang again at a later date to see if they had benchtops in stock again, which they did. Asked to purchase one, received the invoice for 2 and half times the price of the original price of the benchtop the first time I purchased it. Rang and asked about it, said it was a combo deal, which I think is full of crap as how could they make money if they were selling them for 330 with a vanity compared to 950 for benchtop alone. Not happy and wouldn't recommend after that.

Really awful experience with Zure. Made an order for our bathroom renovation (spent over 5.5K) and have had nothing but issues with them since. They are quick to take your money but just full of lies, deceit and broken promises. Dealing with delays upon delays and absolutely shocking service - zero compassion. I am writing this review over a month later now as that is how long it has taken for us to receive our items. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Everything arrived within a couple of days and was well packaged for a safe arrival, will use them again

We purchased two Shave Cabinets for our new house. The variety of option on their site was great and we found exactly what we had hoped. The items were shipped within a day and received quickly. Sadly one of them got damaged before we installed them. Even though this was not the responsibility of Zure when I told them this before I ordered the replacement they were kind enough to offer a discount. This was so unexpected and so appreciated. Their customer service was exceptional - in particular Aline who offered the discount and went above and beyond to arrange a replacement to arrive quickly.

Super impressed with the customer service from ZURE, the team was very helpful and managed to send out my replacement of the damaged item quickly.

When we first got the package the delivery guys had dropped it and when we opened it, we found the actual cabinet damaged.

I notified Zure and they were very helpful and easy to deal with. A brand new cabinet was sent out within the week.

Would definitely purchase from them again and highly recommend.
