Fantastic service!
Fantastic service. I had trouble entering my discount code but called them up straight away and they gave me the discount as a refund. Also had problems with delivery (different company) and Zure were very helpful in getting some compensation for me. Helpful and friendly service by Australian employees. Easy to call over the phone and they always get back to you.

Unbelievable services
This is my 2nd purchase, again, the vanity and the round shaving cabinet arrived before the expected delivery date. Very good quality and looks great installed. Unbelievable customer service team gave us a lot of advise and very patient, I would purchase again for my next kitchen reno.

Unfortunately, your order has been held up due to road closures (bad weather) and power outages. Toll was informed that it may take another 1-2 weeks to get your order to you. Both TOLL and ZURE express our disappointment for this situation and TOLL is trying their best to get the order out to you as soon as possible.

Converted skeptic
To be honest I was super skeptical about buying such a large purchase online.
I would say Zure gave exceptional customer service and the vanities arrived in perfect condition and super fast.
I highly recommend Zure and will definitely buy from them again in the future that's for sure ☺️

Not worth the risk
If I could give 0 stars I would. Still have no idea when my item will arrive. I have no information on the latest Re-dispatched date. Not worth the risk the rug I purchased for the opening of my shop worth over $600 is still somewhere in the system and my shop opened 2 weeks ago. Have spoken to someone on the phone was told it was sorted out but that was last week and nothing since.

Good service
Good value and my order arrived promptly. One of the products wasn't suitable so a refund was organised with a slight communication issue on their part but it was resolved quickly.
I would buy from Zure again.
