Please don’t be scammed like I was.

Please beware of this company. I unfortunately read reviews too late and tried to cancel two hours later. They wouldn’t allow it and said that $15 will automatically be deducted from the $55 just to return. I feel so taken advantage of. This company is in China they are all scamming us!!!

Scam company

Don’t ever buy from this scam company. They offer 30-days money back guarantee if no effect, and even despite of this, they don’t want to give the client his/her money bwck. They are trying all sorts of methods to avoid giving the money back. After finally agreeing to give me my money back for this scam product, they want me to pay for the shipping which is almost the price for the product. Do not EVER buy from here!

Customer support was surprisingly helpful

Had a small question about charging and Zorvera’s support team replied the same day; super polite too. Their website was smooth to order from and felt secure. It’s just nice dealing with a company that doesn’t ignore you after the sale. Gave me more confidence to buy again.

I accidentally ordered this product

I accidentally ordered this product. I reached out to customer service explaining the situation. I wanted to send it back or workout out with a refund! The item till this day is untouched and they don’t want to give me a full refund even though, their website says full refunds! They SCAM so bad! Company just wants to keep your money. I have an unused product that they don’t want to return! And they are not friendly at all when it comes to options! They wanted to refund me 10 dollars off 50+ that I paid for!! Total SCAM FOR SOMETHING UNTOUCHED.

I used to think EMS was just a fancy marketing word. Turns out, it actually works. It doesn’t hurt, and I like that I can adjust the levels depending on my mood. Half the time, I’m replying to emails while it’s on; multitasking at its best.

No stars!!!! Very upset!!! Never got my products never got my order my package up and they lie and keep lying. It keeps saying my package is on his way. Never return my money. Zorvera = Waste of Money!

The product doesn’t work at all, even after following instructions and charging for 6 hours as advised by the support. I had to buy an extra charging box, and it still failed.

Refund or return? Forget it. The support team is unhelpful and avoids responsibility. They will send you the same email again and again.

Do not buy from Zorvera. Useless product, useless company.

SCAM ALERT!!

SCAM ALERT!!! I ordered two of the “snatched” tank tops from them. And they were way too large on me, so I contacted them to exchange for a smaller size. They had me take a photo of the shipping label and the shirts, which I did. Even though I thought it was strange… Got an email back from someone named Robert… Not even the company name on the email. It said that he “Would review my request internally and get back to me with an answer.”

Then, said I could have only 20% refund and keep the shirts!

What the hell am I supposed to do with shirts I can not wear?!! All I wanted was an exchange for my size. Now, I want a refund!!! But they are not answering me any longer🤬 Don’t throw away your money… This is a scam and they should be investigated for Fraud!

Its a scam

Its a scam. The products hurt. They do not work, and when you are clearly within the return policy guide lines they will not refund you. Its a scam! For reference Ive had. 10 emails back and fourth I purchased the booty trainer, ab trainer and arm trainers, my initial email was to that the machine physically hurts me when I put it on even on the lowest setting. They never asked me what machine they simply asked that I take a picture of the pads to make sure they are not defevtive. I sent a picture they replied that they are not defective, and that I must have sensitive skin. I replied that I would like a refund. They said I am not eligabile. I said that they have a 90 day money back garuntee and they said I have to use it the full 90 days without results and i said i wish i could but it hurts so bad, i then took a screen shot of their return policy and sent it to them saying I fit the guidlines for a return they said my product has been used so I do not I said I tried on 1 of 3 products purchased they replied thag they do not trust me that im tellong the truth so they cannot refund me. I mean come on, if the products worked it would be one thing. Theybare badly made devices that say made in china. It feels like i was sticking my finger in a light socket when i put it on. I hwve done several.other frequrncies therapies in my life and let me tell you this is not it. There unwillingbess to stick by their owm policies is clear to me this is a.SCAM.

Does not work at all

Does not work at all. It does not stick to the skin even when brand new, and dont expect refund. In order to figure out this product is worthless you have to use it, and once you use it and find out it does not work, you can not return it. Dont waste your money.

A total scam. Save your money. Their product doesn't work and when you email them to explain that the product isn't working, they refuse to refund you.

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE - WASTE OF MONEY! This company will do everything they can not to provide a refund. Yet they'll comment on how important customer satisfaction is. Please don't comment under our reviews things that are not true. You could care less about your customers. And do not comment with your email to try and look like you are wanting to resolve an issue. Just give up the act. This company should be shut down for fraud.

Misleading 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee – Poor Customer Service

I purchased a product from Zorvera on May 16, 2025 (Order #73178) based on their prominently advertised "90-day money-back guarantee." When the product arrived, I decided I no longer wanted it. It was unopened and unused, and I requested a refund well within their 90-day window.

Instead of honoring the return, Zorvera offered me store credit, then later a partial refund of only 25%, claiming that the guarantee only applies after 90 days of consistent use without results—a condition that is not clearly stated at the time of purchase.

This is misleading advertising. Nowhere on the product page was it clearly disclosed that the refund is conditional on using the product for 90 days. The term “money-back guarantee” strongly implies a satisfaction-based return policy, not a “prove-it-doesn’t-work” condition.

I attempted to resolve this amicably, but they refused a full refund even though the item was returned unused. I've since filed a complaint with my bank and am considering reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and FTC.

This company does not stand behind its advertised policies, and customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority. DO NOT purchase from Zorvera!
This is coming from someone who has never written a bad review in their life—this is the first one I’ve ever written. But I felt I had to speak up, so others don’t go through the same experience I did.

Unprofessional

I purchased an order from them in May 2025. I live in a apartment building the irresponsible delivery worker from SpeedX took pictures of my building but left my package in the lobby. Not one neighbor brought it to my apartment door. I immediately submitted a complaint to SpeedX and Zorvera. They were supposed to send another package as I told them that's not a problem. I didn't hear from them after that conversation this past week I had to contact them. They told me that USPS cannot be used to redeliver my new package. This morning I told them this has been going on for the past month I want my money back. These people were even trying to offer a refund less than what I paid. Never again. After reading these reviews I'm glad I never received mine.
