The experience was made excellent by the two fitters (James & Peter) who did an fantastic job fitting and hanging my curtains. They were a pleasure to have in my home as they were very professional in both their manner and fitting of the curtains and felt immediately that they were both confident and experienced. The curtains have been beautifully made and are of excellent quality.

Fitting of blinds.
Gordon arrived slightly early to fit the blinds which was great. He was a very meticulous worker. Even did an additional task which the company had not made him aware of. Gave us guidance on how to use and look after shutters. Place was left as he found it.

Terrible company to deal with
Terrible company to deal with, miss sells, gives dates which they can't stick to but no customer care I've had to chase each time to see where my shutter is to be told 12 weeks is turning into 22wks absolutely ridiculous quick enough to take payment

All staff have been very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. The journey from being in the showroom (where the girls helped choose my curtains), Danny Measuring (and confirming my choices), and James fitting (efficiently, even clearing up), it has been a pleasant and worth the money experience. I will definitely be using their services again.

Wooden and roller blind fitting
Jim King came and fitted our blinds today. We had 6 rooms with 2 different kinds of blinds. Jim quickly fitted them all and without any hassle and was very very helpful to make is feel at ease with Zone’s products. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer person.
Jim is a real asset to the company and we will definitely pass Zone Blinds name onto others who will look to have theirs fitted.
