Fantastic job and customer service

Brian came out to measure blinds for my Conservatory , kitchen and Patio doors . Was extremely helpful with me with what blinds to pick . Jim King then came out to fit my blinds and was so efficient and also very helpful and friendly which in my view always makes a difference. I would highly recommend Zone Blinds to anyone needing new blinds

Curtains are beautiful and well made. Was a slight issue with one of my pelmets which was resolved within a few days. The fitter came over on his day off to fit the new Pelmet on a Saturday morning. Mistakes happen so not a big deal but this was excellent customer service to resolve the issue.

Excellent service from start to finish. The guy who came out and gave us a quote was spot on! Got perfect blinds for my conservatory and all I can say is what a fantastic job. My blinds were ready within 2 weeks, fitter was fantastic, price was reasonable and I highly recommend this company. My conservatory is just beautiful with me new perfect fit blinds. Right from start to finish phoned and got a appointment within a few days they came out measure up gave a price and gave me a rough idea when they would be ready phoned back within 7 days and fitting the whole house 6 windows and door took no time James the fitter was very professional and polite would certainly recommend them.

Would recommend roller blinds and fitter Jim
Excellent service throughout from sale to fitting. Very good roller blinds. The long roller blinds had very short chains which was not ideal but fitter Jim King was excellent in lengthening the chain whilst still keeping it child safe. Jim was professional in his work and was on time. Would definately recommend.

I’d it wasn’t for the fitter it would be two stars
Peter the fitter was very good- friendly, professional and knew his stuff- did a great job and in fact went above and beyond.
However there was number of issues overall with Zone from the start- misinformation, the wrong item being fitted, long waits, poor communication etc
Overall I’d not use Zone as a company again they are overpriced and amateur.
If you can get a fitter yourself you would be better buying a blind online the quality would be the same, it would be quicker, cheaper and it would save you hassle.
Peter the fitter I happily do work in my home again and Brain the initial sales person was very helpful but the main office and company really let them down.

I have got to sincerely apologise to you for aspects to do with service in your review. I am totally responsible for this, and I cant apologise enough.
Over last 3 weeks we moved from our premises in Dennistoun to our new place at Queenslie, and we have disrupted our operations more than we expected. The staff have had to work with some days without telephones and Internet. This is not an excuse and I really hope you will forgive us this time. If you or any of your family have ever had blinds from us you will know this is NOT the level of service we provide.
Lastly Peter said your blinds were lovely!
Without customers like you, local blind manufacturers like us and many others would not have a business, every day we have customers who have bought blinds online, come in our stores, sometimes in tears that they measured wrong, blinds falling apart and many other reasons. So I would never recommend buying online, but your comments make me really determined to keep your business in the future as you keep everyone us in a job!
I am sorry again, and if you give me a second chance in future, please contact me direct and I will look after you, and I will work hard over next coming days to ensure our service improves immediately.
