DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS. First time I realised it was a scam was when shipping email confirmed as from China. Why? It was a London based business. Terrible quality, shocking fit. Need to close these guys down.

Have zero trust in this misleading, poor quality company. Sub standard polyester sold as wool blend. International returns that you will have to pay makes it pointless returning. I tried to cancel 5 minutes after purchasing and they told me it was already dispatched! On a Sunday evening. Sent from the UK but Chinese return address.

Dodgy Chinese company masquerading as a shop based in London. Expensive and poor quality polyester garment mis-sold as wool. Poor workmanship with a large hole in the seam. Refund only accessible if you post item back to China AT YOUR EXPENSE. Never shopping here again.

Scam, shocking quality, should be forced to close down as a website as contains misleading, false information and is duping customers. Isn’t this illegal?!?! Refund policy is a lie - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!

Absolute shocking sham and scam company based in China but masquerading as a smart London boutique.. quality and design of the garment was nothing like their sleek social media advertising portrays. Was offered to keep the product for a 15% refund yet after complaining that raised to 35% to keep the product.. the garment cost me £40 but to return it to China would have cost me £30.. complained again asking for 100% refund without returning and they have now gone silent. What a surprise.. I have advised them that I will go to social media and on every advert they do I will put my personal zero star review with the history of my purchase. Keep well away from this company. I have now given the jumper to my dog who has taken great pleasure in shredding it to pieces

This company are conning people with their display and description of products online versus the look and quality of the product received.

If I could award 0 star I would, this company is a disgusting sham of misleading Theives. I ordered 2 items that didn’t fit and they expect me to cover the shipment cost back to China which varies between £36 and £110. The item only cost £65. When you order an item in the uk from a company with a name incorporating London in it it misleads you into believing it’s a London company ! Trading Standards and Citizens Advice will be my next call !

Why can we not give no stars?
So angry that this sort of company can be allowed to use false photo's of items then send totally inferior products that come from not London, but some freight elevator warehouse in China.
Was going to cost me over £20 to return tracked but it would not be received before the expiration of the time allowed.

Total scammers do not buy from them. They are based in china, products are cheapest crap and you cannot return them as the return address is in china, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolute crap product.
Not a knitted woolen pullover just a print on a tacky tee shirt with brown cloth stuck on patches pretending to be leather.
We wanted a refund they offered 15 percent or we could send it back TO CHINA.
cost of postage 14 quid but it would not get there till after expiration date of refund. Or faster postage over 35 pounds and an expert in sending goods to China says it's unlikely to get past their Customs at their end.

This is A scam Cheap chinese knock off worse than TEMU but at least your under no illusion as to what you are buying. The quality is awful want to return the product but would have to pay £20!! the item i purchased didnt cost much more then that. The return address is a freight elevator in CHINA!!!

i wish this review could be no stars!! as othesr have said this a fake Chinese company selling fake goods. full wool blend is actually 100% polyester and is even advertised on the inside of the jumper. the jumper itself fits and looks like a sack of spuds !

They are based in China, not London. It took 12 days to arrive from China and when it arrived it was very poor quality, nothing like the photo.

I did not recieve anything like the product I bought. This is total rubbish and false advertising I need full refund

This is a scam. Product nothing like marketing, very poor quality and strange size. No communication from them in terms of product return or refund. Beware and avoid!

I also fell for this company's false marketing.
It says: 'In just a few years, this London-based brand has become an essential part of the city's vibrant culture, offering a unique mix of stylish clothing'.
There is nothing on the website to tell you its only base is China and there was nothing stylish about the item I bought.
It was incorrectly described as a 'Premium wool blend sweater'. The label inside the sweater said 100% Polyester!
When I emailed them their return email revealed return was to China, not London. Like others my requests for a shipping label to return it as it was their error have been ignored. My advice to the company to change the wool description to polyester on the website so others aren't misled has also been ignored. They are clearly trying to mislead customers.
I've now sent the information to my bank to try and get the payment reversed.

Utter scammers - sent a link by one of my daughters (entirely not her fault) for a jacket “reduced to £39.95” which she thought my wife might like for Christmas - paid for it and immediately realised that these guys are just scamming dropshippers - jacket had turned up today after three weeks, and it is absolutely pathetic, unlined and the cheapest material imaginable. Stay well away!!

Scam company from China, took 15 days to arrive so was beginning to get suspicious, on checking the website which said established for 6 years clicked on the 3 dots on the right top side, only indexed by Google since August 2024. Penny dropped, I've been had.
When it arrived it was laughable. It's not even knitted. A polyester sweatshirt with a photo image of knitting on it! Still trying 😪 to get my money back nearly 1 month on. Got to the stage of being offered 50% back, and keep the abomination. But still means I'm £20 out of pocket. Shame on Facebook for allowing this.

Ordered two pairs soft flat shoes size on order 7/half. They were numbered 42 which is UK size 8 and they fitted my neighbour who wears UK size 6 absolute rubbish!! I now have my Barclay Card account showing 2 payments taken, one for £25.46 and one for £29.95. In total £55.41!!! For two pairs of poor quality shoes wrongly sized that I cannot wear. What a terrible rip off on a 85yr old pensioner. This has to be a shameful scam.
