Very good experience. Got my bike through bike to work scheme and all went well. Quotation was received next day. After payment was done bike was with me in few days. Olive is great to deal with.
My order was for a last minute birthday gift for our son (an electric bike). Olive helped ensure we got the last black bike (which was the colour our son wanted) and ensure it got out for delivery to make it in time for our son's birthday. The service was above and beyond and I would definitely highly recommend Zingy.
Everything easy and perfect, the only thing was that when it was delivered it said it was delivered to an address miles away from my house, even though it was actually in my shed, which was confusing. otherwise perfect
