WOW! The quality is amazing polished edges on the lenses the frame feels well made im hard to please when it comes to glasses so i was skeptical and concerned because ive ordered online before from other better known online opticals and let me tell you zinff is superior in all aspects quality of frames lenses and customer service will buy from them again and again!!

I bought 5 pairs of glasses from Zinff for $400 which is what one pair cost me buying from my optometrist

I absolutely LOVE my new glasses, they are my favourite pair EVER !!
It was so easy , especially as you can try before you buy with the virtual try on option,and they arrived pretty quickly, the fit is perfect and the ones I chose will go with absolutely everything, they are so stylish and lightweight.

They were just awesome. This is my second order from them. Last time I ordered they were good. No issues at all. I’m a bit rough on glasses so after about two years I had to order more. I always end up breaking the sides off somehow. These Zinff glasses had lasted longer than any of my previous pairs ever have! Normally my glasses end up being around $250 or more at the eye doctor and they last half as long and they don’t have all the added lense features. And aren’t as cute lol. Basically I was super excited to get some new ones. I got some new ones and one pair was perfect (it was the geometric clear ones) and the other pair (Albert I think the name was) was missing a screw. I emailed their customer service team super nervous because I had to leave in a week and I really needed my glasses to both be working well. The screw missing wasn’t destroying the glasses but it was making it where I needed to use tape to hold the top bit on. I sent photos of what they looked like and explained my concerns and they sent me a new frame. The black color was out of stock so they had to send another but I actually think I like the blue pair they sent better. I paid for fast shipping (around $13 I believe?) but I didn’t have to. I just did it so they’d be here in time for my trip. The package came in 2-3 days and I’m all the way in the states. I’m SO happy with my service and have recommended many more people to buy their glasses. My mother and my two cousins have both bought from them in the past because I recommended them and my mother plans to do so again in a couple days. I can’t think of anything bad to say about the glasses. I really think the screw thing was just a fluke from it not being fully tightened before it was shipped or something because it had never happened to me or my family in the past and they were so kind and fixed it immediately and responded very quickly. I won’t shop anywhere else again!

I accepted because it seemed like the perfect chance to try an online glasses service in a risk free way and I really needed the glasses. Admittedly, I have always been nervous to order glasses online because I have such a high prescription. I am happy to report that it was a very positive and straightforward experience. If I order glasses again online, I would definitely go with this company.

The frame selection was great and it was easy to sort by style and color to narrow down the choices. The website provided clear instructions on how to submit my prescription numbers and the resulting glasses provide me with clear and concise sight. I was very happy that they were able to provide thinner lenses so that my glasses wouldn't be thick or heavy.

I was happy with the customer support that I received, which ensured that I didn't make a mistake on my order. In terms of shipping, it took approximately four weeks (but I do live in a small Canadian town). This ship time was actually quite comparable to the wait time that I experienced I when ordering from my local optometry office.

I received two different pairs and really enjoy them both. It's very nice to have two options for first time in my glasses wearing life. I look forward to showing off my glasses to friends & family in the coming weeks.
