Bought one
Took the HD out of my old laptop, plug it in
but it couldn't read it.

I am a bit disappointed as they promise a lot on their ads.

The information about how the converter works was misleading. It will not match to my computer.

I have not received my order. you say I have received it. The post office saysd I have received it. BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT!!!!

The product arrived very quickly and it did what it was supposed to do.

I've had numerous old DVDs that were recorded 40+ years ago. They are interviews with deceased family members originally on video tape. The old DVD format they were moved to weren't playable on any device available until I found a plugin player from zilkee for only $46. came quickly and after getting some free online software IT WORKED! Only issue was poorly written and inadequate Instructions. this wasn't A real problem with some brief trial and error.

I would like to write a review in the future. I didn't have the opportunity to experience the products. Please remind me in a month or two.

Received merchandise as ordered and I'm looking forward to using it on my next project...

Thanks to my past buying, ordering, and service experiences, I ordered the storage stick for cell phone pictures and videos. Thank you for the thorough product description as well as product design. I have two more items to buy on pay day, again based on the trust Zilkee has earned from me.

I foolishly showed some interest in this outfit and a product and gave a phone number. I have been hounded by them ever since. Clicking unsubscribe, unsurprisingly, has had no effect.
Just don't give them anything by way of real contact details or you will likely be hounded by them.

I have now seen the response from Zilkee. Must have been a very thorough look at their systems when they only know me from here as Tim T!
I have had numerous further messages from them promoting various products since I first wrote about them. A few days ago I tried deep diving into my iWatch and iPhone settings in the hope that I might be able to ban/block them. I also hopefully reported a number of their messages as spam. We will wait and see if it had any effect. Meantime my advice stays the same, don't give any contact details if you are just looking, and require a written undertaking that they will not spam you. 12/09/25

i got one of your products and the box doesn't say ZILKEE on it..isnt that your brand name???!. it is a cheap product from china....i feel deceived, not cool

I ordered the recovery device, phone connection cord, and adapter and one other thing I don't remember. I haven't received any of my order, I was sent a message that 1 item wasn't available anymore,so I waited another week and they seem to have an issue with my whole order. It was all paid for. I finally figured that since they are unable to have any of my order available I decided to cancel my entire order and requested a full refund. I was sent a receipt with copy of my full refund minus about 30.00. They want to give me 76.00 of my 110.00 dollars back. So I'm getting charged 30.00 approximately for waiting for over a month to receive nothing but get a refund. I'm thinking that that's a company too work for because you can get paid for doing nothing. Definitely not my idea of a good company policy. My suggestion to correct this is before you advertise having items for sale that you know you can complete the orders that come in and if you can't accomplish that then don't offer it. I also think that if you accept money and don't produce what was ordered refund the total amount that the company received from the customer.

I have hard drives that I’ve accumulated for decades. For some reason, I knew I would have an opportunity to dig back into that data, to extract all those memories of my children and grandchildren. I bought my Zilkee device as soon as it became available. I was not disappointed. I found pictures that were over 20 years old. I can’t tell you how delighted I am. The device was very easy to use, and works on every hard drive I have. If you’re like me, a collector of memories in the form of hard drives, I would highly recommend Zilkee.

When asked about why you are selling non-Zilkee branded, third-party Chinese products and if I could return the product - I've been ghosted.
