Hired them and spent thousands.

- They ran the wrong campaigns that we agreed on
- The campaigns paused and they didn't check for over a month
- I requested to cancel for months and they agreed but keep billing me
- They couldn't figure out how to accept access to the twitter account for ads
- They stopped billing me for 2 months and magically started billing me again
- Our whole email thread is them saying yes it is cancelled we will refund you, but never did

Dedicated and caring service

I greatly enjoy working with Wishpond and it's marketing team, because they really do care about their clients' goals and image. Our creative collaborations are a strong balance of my company's vision and suggestions, and the Wishpond team's business recommendations and fulfillment of the vision. I'm consistently impressed with the creative content they deliver, including Meta ads, videos, social media posts and newsletter, which is always on-brand and on-message. Our Account Manager is caring and attentive and will bend over backwards to deliver on-time and to our specs. I operate a tiny company, and I consider Wishpond to be our "Marketing Department."

Fantastic Account Manager Experience

I worked with Herma as my account manager at Wishpond over the past year, and she was fantastic to work with.

She was consistently responsive, organized, and on top of everything. Communication was clear and proactive, and I always felt supported and taken care of throughout the engagement.

What really stood out was her professionalism and follow-through — she made the entire process smooth and easy from our side.

I would absolutely recommend Herma to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated account manager.

Constantly Spam me with generic emails

Constantly Spam me with generic emails. Every few days, another email from a new name at Wishpond with the same tired claim. If they had taken a fraction of a second (a) to check my business (b) to read my 'go away' replies, they would know that my hobby business does not need/want their service. If they were actually any good at what they do, then they wouldn't be bombarding me with emails.

I strongly regret ever doing business…

I strongly regret ever doing business with Wishpond. This company will happily take your money, but when it comes to actually helping your business with marketing, the support is practically nonexistent.
The promises they make during the sales process do not match the reality of what you receive. Once you sign up and they have your payment, the communication drops off and the “marketing support” they advertise feels completely empty. There is no real strategy, no real effort, and certainly no meaningful results.
In my experience, this company is nothing more than a money grab. They present themselves as a professional marketing partner, but the service provided is extremely underwhelming and not worth the cost.
If you are serious about growing your business and want real marketing help, I would strongly suggest looking for another company. My experience with Wishpond was a complete waste of time and money.

Repeated Unsolicited Emails Even After Multiple Removal Requests

Wishpond has sent me repeated unsolicited sales emails despite multiple written requests to remove my address from their marketing lists.

I have asked three separate times to be removed. Each time I was assured the issue would be handled, yet another salesperson contacted me again.

At this point I have received four separate outreach emails from different representatives, all after explicitly requesting removal.

Any company running email marketing should understand basic compliance and respect opt-out requests. Ignoring repeated removal requests and continuing unsolicited outreach reflects poorly on their internal processes and respect for recipients.

Until Wishpond demonstrates that it can honor basic unsubscribe requests, I cannot recommend doing business with them.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel I must to warn people

I was very excited to try Wishpond, and I did a lot of due diligence and research, but despite it all, it was a flop. It was a REALLY BIG FLOP. My investment into their service went down the drain with zero results apart from waste of time (which is a waste of my business' money) and huge frustration. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but after months of frustration I feel obligated to share my experience so others can make an informed decision.
Over the course of several months, there was a repeated pattern of missed deadlines, undelivered work, and assurances that tasks would be completed “soon” or “by the next day” that were not followed through on. Scheduled newsletters were missed multiple times and in some cases had still not been sent days after their intended send dates, despite repeated confirmations that everything was on track.
Communication was another major issue. I was rarely informed proactively when problems occurred and instead had to follow up repeatedly to find out what was happening. Commitments that had been clearly agreed in advance were frequently not met.
I made every effort to make the process easy for the team—providing clear instructions, materials, and advance notice of scheduling constraints, meeting my deadlines to get them materials—but the same issues on Wishpond's side continued. After paying for a defined scope of work and spending significant time trying to keep things moving, the experience ultimately felt like a waste of both time and money. When I took my complaints to higher management, they actually defended their shortcomings, which was so shocking to me. No true sense of accountability, or of working together with me, the client, to make it better.
Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering this service to carefully research alternatives before committing. For example, a single social media influencer organically posted some of my products that they loved and it garnered a huge amount of sales, whereas all of the time and money I spent with Wishpond did not garner one. To sum up, I would advise to avoid Wishpond at all costs, or it will cost you and your business.

We are an extremely small entity but I think we get the same action as some of their bigger clients.
I get immediate responses to my emails and they listen to me when I’m critical or when I am overjoyed. So it works.
I would say that WP is doing a great job and hold theirselves to a high standard and would recommend them for anyone trying to generate or scale their business.
