I did a sourcing trip to Indonesia with Zignify.
The trip was very well organized. The staff was very nice and I received all the help I asked for, before and after the trip
At the end the trip turns out to be a very nice experience

I would 100% recommend Zignify to anyone who is interested in becoming an e-commerce seller. I am at the beginning of my journey, with not a lot of experience. EVERYONE at Zignify is so knowledgeable, helpful and willing to spend as much time as necessary to answer all of my questions! I am becoming increasingly more and more confident; I owe all to Yulia and her incredible team!! Thank you all!!

Nach anfänglichen Startschwierigkeiten hat sich das Team intensiv darum bemüht, meine Produktvorstellungen zu verstehen und umzusetzen. Wir sind aktuell noch auf der Suche, aber bisher bin ich zufrieden mit dem Engagement und der Unterstützung. Ein abschließendes Fazit kann ich erst nach Projektende geben.

Leider keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht. Hatte auf eine gute Alternative zu Alibaba gehofft, aber leider festgestellt, dass alle Anbieter von Alibaba sind. Bin anschließend auf den Hersteller mit dem scheinbar besten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zugegangen um bestätigt zu bekommen, dass der Preis nie kommuniziert wurde. Schade

The initial sales pitch was impressive, with an estimated $4,500 for sourcing what we needed. However, shortly after starting the project, we exceeded that amount, with no clear estimate for the final cost and after a meeting, their reply is "Well thats how it is" . On top of that, much of the sourcing has been incorrect, including wrong specifications, and we're still expected to pay. It's also clear that they lack the specialist knowledge they initially claimed.
Also note we have sourced ourselves in China etc for 12 years! and will stick to it ourselves.

Fantastic experience with Zignify, from very first contact with them to paying the invoice. I used the Product Hunter service and it is AMAZING found some real curve ball products in my niche i had never thought of that were way way more profitable than my original product so i will be changing my product to these Zignify have found & letting them source them for me.
