I reached out to this company for sourcing support after seeing multiple claims that they help small businesses. This is my first product line, so I wanted a reputable partner to connect me with qualified suppliers. Instead, their communication was condescending and unprofessional by addressing me as “dear,” dismissing my production run as a “project,” and ultimately telling me to just use Alibaba or AliExpress.

They didn’t provide any real support, and it’s clear they don’t value clients or take small businesses seriously. Strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want proper guidance and professionalism. This place is not it.
