ZFN Chartered Surveyors Anmeldelser

Zaid's building inspection report was excellent. It was thorough, easy to understand and written in a clear way to allow the information to be used in a practical way. Zaid himself was responsive and easy to communicate with. I'd highly recommend him.

Zaid really helped me out with a problem I was having with some building work that was being done at my house.
Zaid instantly understood what the issues were and sent me photos with annotations, which I sent to the builders doing the work.

Friendly, efficient service, from very knowledgeable people.

Definitely recommend.

Zaid has been extremely helpful and supportive, providing me with free advice before I even booked him as my surveyor! He is truly there to help people and I will recommend him to my associates without a doubt.

ZFN Chartered Surveyors Very helpful and responsive.
They respond my phone call very quickly with what’s up message. I discussed my boundary dispute issue with them. They are very friendly and gave me very good advice. I will use their service in future and recommended happily.

I received excellent service from ZFN. They were speedy, professional and knowledgeable. Zaid advised me on a wall I wanted to knock down. He was very efficient. I would definitely use them again !

Zaid was consistently responsive and very helpful. I will use ZFN again and happily recommend.

Zaid was incredibly helpful through the whole process. He initially tried to offer free advice but when the issue became more complex it was very easy to arrange an appointment with him to complete a boundary survey.
Zaid has been communicative and friendly throughout and provided a clear and thorough report with the findings for our property in Islington.
I would definitely recommend or use again.
Thanks

My experience with ZFN and in particular Zaid has been excellent. He has been very clear, concise and honest from the beginning. The direct WhatsApp communication was very helpful, and everything was set out clearly. He effectively managed my expectations and provided an example of the type of report he will produce as a final product. I needed the property I was purchasing to be surveyed promptly. Zaid was quick to book in and communicate with the vendors and arrange a date. He stayed in constant communication, and after the survey we had a very detailed conversation. He explained all the findings providing any issues, the cause, and the potential remedial action that would be needed. This is a company I would highly recommend as they focus on high quality work, but more importantly they care about the service they provide. If you are looking to get a survey done, give ZFN a go and you will not be disappointed.

Fabulous responsive service. Excellent thorough report with great verbal summary given on the day of the survey. Zaid also makes himself fully available for consultation throughout. I would highly recommend to others.

My wife reached out to ZFN on an urgent matter regarding a property over the bank holiday. Not only did Zaid call back on his day off, he took time to review the issues and provide a consise overview, covering all of the immidate concerns without charging a penny! A very professional and knowledgeable surveyor and highly recomended!

Very very helpful at providing WhatsApp support and reassurance on cracks in a Victorian Terrace. Impressive.

ZFN was recommended by my estate agent. Jas was amazingly helpful. Prompt reply and was able to fit my request. Plus arrange appointments with agent on my behalf have certainly save time for me. The finished report was detailed and answered my concerns.
Would recommend.

I contacted Zaid to get a quote for a buildings survey. He responded promptly, was generous with his time, sent an example report and explained what he would and would not be able to provide upfront. Following the survey Zaid phoned us and gave us a comprehensive picture of what he felt the main issues were immediately. The report followed within promised timelines and was easy to read, well structured, clear and with good photos to complement it. Throughout Zaid was extremely polite and professional. I would highly recommend asking ZFN to conduct your survey.

THIS IS A BACK STREET COMPANY- FIRST OF ALL WHEN YOU CALL THE PERSON REPLIES VIA TEXT INSTEAD OF ANSWERING THE CALLS WHICH IS AWFUL SERVICE WHICH SHOULD OF PUT ME OFF..

THEN I COMPLETED A FULL STRUCTURAL SURVEY WHICH DID GO SMOOTH- BUT THAT WAS THE ONLY POSITIVE.

MAJOR ISSUES TO THE PROPERTY NOT MENTIONED ON THE REPORT WHICH HAS NOW COST ME THOUSANDS WHICH I WILL SUE THE COMPANY FOR TO GET BACK.

I HIGHLY RECCOMEND AVOIDING THESE GUYS - THEY MAY SEEM NICE BUT THE JOB THEY ACTUALLY DO FOR THE PRICE YOU PAY IS AWFUL AND WILL COST YOU MORE IN THE LONG RUN.

We contacted ZFN on 22nd Sept, Zaid was very helpful and was able to carry out the structural inspection the very next day! We received a detailed report on the 15th Oct and it exceeded our expectations - very thorough and in-depth with photos and a full breakdown, including advice and an estimated budget which is very helpful. We honestly can't fault the service and would recommend Zaid to anyone.

I am very happy with the professional service provided to me by ZFN. They carried out a thorough inspection of the house I wanted to purchase, providing me a detailed status of the property as well as costings of repair needed to improve it. In the report, they even provided pictures so the visuals helped me see the condition in each part of the house. The assessment of ZFN supported the subsequent valuation report issued by my bank during my mortgage application for the house. With ZFN’s report, which I provided as a supporting document, I was able to put together a strong argument with the seller for re-negotiating the purchase price. In fact, in the end I was able to re-negotiate the price of the house to £30,000 less! I am very happy with this outcome, and ZFN truly helped me make this happen. Furthermore, Zaid makes time to give you a call to talk to you and explain his findings, giving you as much information you need, and provides suggestions for your concerns. I truly recommend this surveyor to everyone who would like to purchase a home!

Havn't met with Zaid, but he's beening very nice and helpful. Very fast and responsible reply from WhatsApp. Just got a very nice and detialed report from ZFN. I trust them also because of more than 10 years experience.

Very good experience with ZFN. Really positive, detailed and reassuring communication. Zaid was patient with our questions, and he replied very quickly. It felt reassuring to have him on board, especially as first-time buyers. The report was complete, clear and detailed. Price is definitely reasonable. It is great value. I would recommend them as surveyors!
Thank you
