I responded to an email reminding me it's almost 12months since I ordered birthday flowers for a friend. It was meant to be click and review and payment then all done.
The customer service rep I had on the phone when I rang to resend this year had no idea how to amend the birthday message. She took an enormous amount of time trying to find last year's order to amend the card and check bank details.
In the end I felt it was a scam and put a stop on my card. Won't be using this business again, what was meant to be quick turned into a banking nightmare.

I ordered flowers two weeks in advance on Valentines Day this year. The flowers were not delivered on Valentines Day. They were delivered the day after. Very disappointed in the lack of service. Reached out to customer service and was ignored. Basically, not their problem. I will not use them for flower delivery again.

Ordered flowers to be delivered to an address in New Zealand (thought it was a NZ website as they advertised it delivered to the area), paid extra $ for same day delivery and it arrived 2 days later!

The flowers you delivered to Ocean Shores on the 9th March'24 were very disappointing. I was horrified at being charged $112.82 for 3 Tigerlily pods and a spindly piece of greenery.

Dont waste your money
Flowers not delivered on day, not what i ordered at all, a cheap substitute, no card was delivered with it.
Emailed them twice no response, contacted them on their online chat, said they will email me next day, never did. If i could give zero stars i would.

Delayed order, missing chocolates, no replies to emails
Order was due to be delivered 14th Feb for Valentine's day. No reply to Emails. Excruciating 90 min chat session yielded a response that order was already delivered. It had not been. My wife recd phone call from florist 15:00 on 15th Feb and 20 mins later flowers were delivered but no chocolates. More emails sent to customer service (app 6 in total) merited no reply so another tortuous 90 min chat where the agent made me out to be incorrect and demanded proof that no chocolates were delivered. He suggested I email customer service if I was still unhappy :-(
It was left that the "management" would address my "concern". I am still waiting.
This company lacks any sense of customer service. Beware !!!!!
Also the chat transcript function does not work, so I screen captured every interaction. Next stop may need to be my credit card company.
zflowers here is your opportunity to turn this around.

We will raise this to our manager, And we will get back to you. But never did.
Then I received an automated email

They are clearly not reading the emails that I have been sending them (6) nor the recordings of our (2 x 90 in) chats, nor my review here.

After 15 Years you have lost me as a customer!
I have been ordering from Z Flowers for the past 14-15 years and have noticed that it the last three years there has been a diminishing standard of service and quality in the deliveries, and their contents. The absolute final Straw was yesterday with the quality and standard of the roses deliverred, to be only described as embarrissing. Roses by themselves with some whilted Camilia leaves as foliage. You have lost me as a customer and will not be ordering from Z Flowers Again!
