When I received my zenocase for my M4 iPad Pro, I was not satisfied with the case. Not because of how it looks and there was absolutely nothing with it either. It was the fact that this type of case did not come with the spinning gears for the case when rotating it. That was a big part as to why I purchased it. I reached out to their customer service and they explained to me that the case that I had was made for my type of iPad. They were extremely apologetic. Besides the delay in reaching back out to me for a resolution, their resolution was for Christmas to refund me as well as keeping the case. The zeno case team was extremely kind. This is a great company and I assure you, you will not have any issues when it comes to reaching out to them if you have a problem. The zeno case also came with a free pencil pro. This company is legit and you won't be disappointed. Thank you Zeno Case for your kindness and grace.

I thought I had purchased swivel case on installments and full payment was taken out. When I reached out to company Toby answered me very quickly and cancelled my order. Definitely will order keyboard case from this company as soon as possible as I love the customer support.

If I could give more stars, I would. The service from start to finish has been exemplary. I have dealt with a couple of other companies for the same product and Customer Support was sadly lacking or non existent. This Company have answered every question I asked quickly and when we had a hiccup not of their making, it was resolved swiftly and satisfactorily. I will be returning to the Company for my future products and recommend them wholeheartedly. Thank you very much, especially Toby.
Edit. After using it finally, it is a good product although I wish the part that holds the tablet had a bit more flexibility and bent further back. Apart from this, the comments about customer service stand.

the customer support from this company is superb. i had a few questions re the product i was going to buy before purchase, each question answered promptly and pleasently. went ahead with purchase, again superb response, kept well informed. unfortunatly, through no fault of zenocase, i needed to cancel. again after my email request, order was cancelled and refund issued immediatly again with a very pleasent email response to my request. didnt get the product but would highly recommend the company for its 110% customer support

I ordered an iPad case from the company and not only did they make sure that it was the right size, they communicated whenever I asked the question. I had to return the item because I needed a case sooner than the mail or shipping of the product arrived. As a courtesy, they allowed me to keep the product and refunded my money. This was beyond good service. I will buy from them again.

I just received my Zenocase Elite, the quality of the leather is amazing and it fits my iPad pro perfectly. The keyboard is precise and very easy to type on. Very pleased with my purchase.

I ordered their Elite iPad keyboard case, turned out to be quite decent quality and has a small LCD that shows stuff like battery level etc

Plus got a free Pen/Stylus and Screen Protector, super happy with this purchase so far.
