I ordered on Sunday and next Tuesday I got my products from USA to Italy. There was something to correct in the address and after getting the order confirmation I wrote to the support to ask the correction. Everything was done fast and the staff answered with kindness. I supposed to get the parcel on Friday, but it was holiday, so UPS planned to bring it on Monday. They changed the hour 4 times and then they returned the parcel to the deposit without a reason. I tried to call the support, no answer at all. The day after the parcel was just registered the parcel waiting in the deposit, planning anyway the delivery the same day. The changed hour twice, but finally arrived. I also reported the situation to Pred. I tried immediately products and they work perfectly. About Pred I can tell you: buy from them. I am completely satisfied with technology and functions. Just for 5 stars review, they should consider to change partner. UPS didn’t work well.

I purchased the PL 7001 Dual Function Lock and it was malfunctioning. After getting more and more frustrated, I finally emailed Pred Technologies service for help. Within 30 minutes, Ally called me and walked me through a hard reset that she somehow pulled from her memory from years ago. Everything works great and the lock is fantastic. Great Customer Service! You now have a customer for life.

My locks were non-functional. I needed to purchase new ones (two) and these work great. My only issue is that the first set I bought only lasted one year. They should be more robust. Let's see how these do.

Great customer service! Ally was super helpful when my first lock that I've had for a couple of years started malfunctioning. She gave me 50% off a new lock, and then when I was having problems programming it, I called again, and she spent a lot of time on the phone & texting with me until I got it right!

The product came as described and in a timely manner

I ordered a couple of locks off of A Touch of Modern and never opened them for about three years. Neither worked as a result of being completely discharged. My fault. The representative that helped me was very nice and although they could not give me a refund they gave me a discount code for new locks. I really appreciated it.

I had purchased a lock in the past and I think the battery just died because I didn't use and charge it properly. They were so quick, responsive and caring to ensure I got another lock quickly and it works great!

I had an issue with both earbuds not resetting properly after holding each button simultaneously for 20 seconds.

Ali's customer service skills are outstanding! A set of new earbuds will be shipped to me immediately.
