Mac Application doesn't work and there is no response on the tickets. Looks like a scam company. Disappointed.
Purchased it for 3 years.

DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE. their service is not working last 4 months. I send a message to the customer service maybe 10 times. There is NO answers. nobody is there.

Speeds are horrible and often I have to turn Zenmate off to connect to the web at all. Do not recommend.

Automatically renewed after THREE YEARS with no notification. Went to the website and clicked on 'cancel renewal', filled in the form only to be told I would have to contact customer services. SIX REQUESTS later and I still haven't any refund or even an acknowledgement. Poor, poor, poor.
PLEASE AVOID

Its ben 24 hours my Zenmate extension is not working.
Non one respond on support email.

Zenmate has been very great and awesome ever since I started using it, and I'm enjoying it 😘

zero support, its clear they are not fixing their Mac client application, it won't work, yet they are happy to take a yearly subscription cost! Scammers.

For my needs, working perfectly.
I got problems after perched, but support team help me with everything!

ZenMate ist nach meiner Erfahrung ein Amateurverein. Ich bin seit April Nutzer einer 3-Jahres-Lizenz. PROBLEM 1: Beim Login über MAC fehlt das Kästchen, in dem man ein Kreuz setzen muß, um Bedingungen zu akzeptieren. Der Kundendienst schreibt allen ernstes: sie wissen um das Problem, ich solle ca. 2cm links von da-und-da klicken, dann ginge es, das kästchen wäre da, aber nicht zu sehen. Das stimmt zwar; und der "workaround" funktioniert auch, aber das Problem war Monate später immer noch nicht ausgeräumt.
PROBLEM 2: seit ca. Mitte Oktober funktioniert der MAC client nicht mehr. Gar nicht mehr. Das gibt der Kundendienst auch zu. Aber sie weigern sich, das von mir vroab für 3 Jahre gezahlte Geld zurückzuerstatten "wegen Geschäftsbedingungen". Ich habe also für einen Service bezahlt, der mir seit Monaten nicht zur Verfügung steht, weil der Anbieter seine Software nicht im Griff hat. Ich habe das meinem Anwalt übergeben.

Waste of money. Similar to others, zenmate support did not rectify the problem on mac, service hasn't worked at all for a couple weeks now, has always been patchy, randomly switching off and not telling me. No refund offered, even partial refund, despite the fact that the product fails to do what was promised. No timescale for a fix is given, just a "we are working on it". They are not even willing to say "if it's not fixed by x date, we will issue a refund".

Very vague and unsupportive "support". You need to be willing to refund customers if you can't deliver your service. That is the fair and upright practise. And there is no point replying to bad reviews saying "please get in touch directly". Why? So you can say "no refunds" out of the public eye and away from other potential suckers?

Disconnecting all the time. Impossible to unblock. Customer service say they have a problem "affecting many users"(sic) but they don't know when they'll be able to fix it ! Meantime, ZM useless to me but refund not allowed (conditions of sale ref.) even though software useless !!! (Note: works ok on my IOS). Unfair I think to reject refund while software unoperative (on desktop)

ich kann es echt nicht weiter empfehlen da es keine sofort Kündigung hat nur keine automatische Verlängerung was bei einem Jahres Abo sehr teuer werden kann und per mail wird man auch nicht drauf hingewiesen das das Abo sich demnächst verlängert erst wenn es zu spät ist und wenn man die Verlängerung ohne Grund abschließen möchte muss man ein zwei seitiges Formula ausfüllen was gar nicht geht musste dann denn Grund zu teuer nehmen um mit einem klick zu kündigen was echt frech ist

Zenmate's Danish server is actually a Swedish server.
Get it right or don't offer it.
For other locations, it works great, but it seems to be quite unstable, with no notification when you have been disconnected.
My experience is based on daily use over the past 4 month or so.

Selon moi c'est le meilleur VPN. Je l'utilise avec l'extension de Chrome. C'est très pratique. Le support est également parfait. Ils répondent vite et trouvent toujours une solution lorsque j'ai un problème de connexion. ça aussi c'est important. Je recommande donc à 100%
