It is a shame they have such poor customer services and extreme, random charges as their dresses look lovely. But the first message I got (which went into my junk inbox, and is dodgy) was about my order being multiple dresses, I had bought 4 wedding dresses, and that they would charge me 30% of the whole order if I was to return them. It was very rude basically saying that trying on and returning is not allowed but they are an online retailer so I don’t understand how people are supposed to find a dress that’s suitable without this.
Then when I replied saying that I was not happy with this abrupt and extreme charge as I am looking for my wedding dress and cannot be wasting money on nothing, they said that if I was to cancel the order, I would get NOTHING back. That’s no dresses and no money returned to me. I said how baffling this system of theirs was as if they sent me the dresses and I returned them I would at least get a partial refund but if they send no dresses I would be £500 down with nothing to show for it.
They then tried to shut me up by just offering me a partial refund, which is half what I paid and is again a very random number which just makes me think they’re making it up as they go. Absolutely appalling service, I would give it a miss despite how lovely the dresses look.

I’m still waiting for a item that was apparently shipped out to me Oct 30.Ive contacted them numerous times,Live Chat obviously as you can’t speak to a human.They keep sending me tracking/transfer numbers yet when I contact Evri the numbers are invalid.The item I ordered was £144 which to me is a lot of money to lose.Im at the end of my tether.Incompetent Company.Steer well clear especially if you’re considering ordering for a wedding as you won’t receive the items in time.

I ordered a dress that unfortunately doesn't fit, I contacted them to find out how I can return. They are saying I can keep the dress for a 10% refund?! Even though on the website it says you can return and recieve a 40% refund.
Why would I want to keep a dress that doesn't fit and only be refunded 10% of my total price.

Zapaka - can't be trusted on returning items
I rarely write negative reviews but I don't want others to lose their money if they need to return an item. First it cost a minimum of £25 to send the item through Royal Mail, then even with tracking details (which Zapaka request) the returned item appears to get lost in the Chinese system and you are not refunded/credited until Zapaka conveniently receive the return item - which of course they don't. So don't use this company is my suggestion, it can't be trusted!!

Appalling service, item did not fit and Zapaka did not want to give me a full refund only partial refund and keep item. I managed to return item for full refund but item was sent back to me as address provided in Germany, no one was there to take delivery of item and no one collected it from depot. Cost £15 to send. Demanding full refund, yet to hear and if they want item back they will have to pay for it. DO NOT Order from this company. Awful product and disgusting customer service. Doesn’t even deserve one star!

I deeply regret ever purchasing from this company. I ordered a dress from them a few months ago, but it was poor quality and not as described, so I promptly returned it. Fast forward three months, and I’m still waiting for my refund.
I’ve sent over 100 emails to their customer service, and every single response has been the same generic line: "I’ve escalated this issue." Yet, nothing ever happens beyond that. No confirmation, no timeline, no accountability. It’s become clear they’re just stalling and avoiding refunding my money.
At this point, I feel completely scammed. Avoid this company at all costs! They’ll take your money, and when it comes to refunds, you’ll be left chasing them in circles. Worst online shopping experience ever.
I bought the dress £133 and paid another £30 to return it, down the drain. I will my bank to dispute it, I worked really hard to earn that money I am not gonna let a few scammers take. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing.

Zapaka UK are a thoroughly dishonest company who look professional on their website with their simple returns policy but in fact try everything to avoid giving you a refund, and fob you off with excuses when you contact them. We are still waiting for a refund months after it was due. I am reporting them to Trading Standards. DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGEPOLE.

Order was returned promptly on July 20. My daughter paid £30 for international signed for delivery. Returned parcel still stuck at China customs since July 30. Won't issue a refund, they promised a store credit of 120% but still won't give that either. We have sent all photos, evidence of returned parcel, and tracking number number. What a circus. Will just have to file a chargeback from my bank.

RETURNS BE VERY AWARE!!! I wish i had read the reviews before using this seller!! This is my first and last time buying from ZAPAKA UK! I ordered a dress, it arrived in good time, and it's decent. But it doesn't fit me so I requested a refund. After being offered varying % of refund to keep the dress, they agreed to refund if I returned the item to an address in Germany. None of their uk based operations process returns. I returned the dress at a cost to myself of £8. The courier then emailed me to inform me that ZAPAKA were liable to import taxes and duties totalling around £14, which, if unpaid the package will be returned to me!! Zapaka refused to pay! So the dress will now be returned to me and I will be stuck with a dress I can not wear! Despite a number of emails seeking a fair solution, ZAPAKA have maintained their stance that I should pay all costs. I'm disgusted!! Buyers beware... if you order and are unhappy, be prepared to hold on to the item and recycle if it doesn't fit ...

I contacted them regarding a return and despite there being a uk return address and the label I have been told I need to return to a China address the cost of which is £22. Please be aware before ordering that returns are a costly business and who knows whether I’ll actually get a refund. My recommendation would be choose another store

ZAPAKA UK is in CHINA!
I ordered 2 suits, one in a size S and one in a size M for my teenage boys thinking that it was a UK based company, however, the goods came all the way from China and took close to 10 days to arrive!! At £87 each the quality was ok for the price, but the suits came up very small ie the size M is the equivalent of a normal size S so I am left with a suit which cannot fit anybody. Even the suit that I am keeping fits quite tight and my boy won’t get much wear out of it but I digress. I have been contacting Zapaka (UK) since 19/6/24 by email to return the suit with no response. Their website has a phone number which if called is nonexistent also the same can be said about their online chat. I don’t understand how a company can claim to be UK if they are in China! I feel like I have been duped as had I realised the goods were coming all the way from China I would not have purchased. Their customer service info states that they will respond within 24 hours but it seems this also is non existent and a false claim as I am getting no response from them whatsoever. Seriously looking into reporting this company
