NOT IN THE UK - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Save yourself this company is a scam and don’t know how they’re still operating. The dresses are of cheap quality and nothing like the pictures, their refund policies are obscene! They’ll ask you to keep the cheap dress for a partial refund, sending the parcel back to China/Usa will cost you the same or more than the dress. NOT WORTH THE STRESS…DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO BUY FROM THEM

I ask they to refund before the order shipped as i already wait for three weeks

I understand your request to cancel the order, however, we regret to inform you that your order can no longer be cancelled as it is already in the final stage of processing and almost ready to be shipped. Once an order reaches this stage, it can no longer be interrupted or stopped.

I bought a wedding dress for a close friend. When it arrived it was way too small. I ordered an 18 but it was more like a 12. My friend tried it on and it was too small. I asked for a refund or an exchange but was denied either as I had had the dress more then 7 days. I had had it 8!!! They have refused me anything not even an exchange so I am now £100 out of pocket. Absolutely disgusting. 😤. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Omg! Where do I begin? My wife and daughter ordered a couple of dresses at the end of April for my daughter's prom at the end of June. Only one dress arrived but the size was not accurate so we decided to send the dress back and wait for the other one hoping that the other would be a better fit. When posting this I realised that this has to be returned to Texas, USA. On ordering this, nowhere did it state on the website about where the returns address is. This is something that should be on their website as it starts that it is a UK website (Zapaka UK) if we knew this we may not have ordered this as it is costly to return, £30.55 to be exact. We had to send it back as you only have 7 days to post it back. If the other dress didn't fit then this would cost another £30.55, over £60 to return two dresses! We chased the second dress again and again but got nowhere. Apparently Under the Consumer Rights Act and Consumer Contracts Regulations, businesses must deliver goods without undue delay and within 30 days, it is over 30 days. Also the company needs to send a receipt for online order with all relevant info about what had been ordered, costs of items ordered, returns, order number etc, we have asked for this over and over again but nothing. Since ordering we read in the terms and conditions that if they think that items are being purchased for a 'buy to try' then they may cancel an order or in this case, hold back the more expensive item and just deliver one of them. They are now saying that both were delivered. I told them we only received one but they just reply with the same message again and again which was... 'Thank you for your reply. It's not a return notification; it's a picture of the package's shipping packaging that we sent you. We need to verify that we sent it correctly.'
We did not keep the outer packaging and did not take a picture of the parcel we received. Who does? Anyway, I am having to go through the bank as we paid £190 for the dresses and we are getting nowhere with this joke of a company. I have never had a more stressful online purchase experience and now we are £220 down and have no dress for the prom. I'm so surprised this company are still trading. The reviews are so bad. I wish we had checked them first. Do not buy anything from this company, they are a scam company, once they have your money they don't want to know.

Do not buy from here . Sizing is a joke and when you try and return you get scripted messages trying to get you to keep the garment . Why would you keep something that doesn’t fit ? When you insist on a return and refund, the return address is America with extortionate costs to return . After 20+ emails I had to get my bank involved .

Like previous reviews, I should have checked the reviews first. The measurements were completely inaccurate. Although the website is .co.uk, items are shipped from China, and the return address in the USA! Bonus: you have to pay for the return shipping, meaning it’s going to end up costing more than you originally paid. So, returns are basically impossible. They offer 30% for a refund for a dress that you can’t return, can’t wear and also absolutely stinks! No idea why it smells like fish but it’s disgusting. Don’t use this website, your dress likely won’t fit, it’ll smell weird and it’s impossible to return the item for a refund!

Listen to the poor reviews and do not order from this company.
I ordered for a ball I’m attending in July.
I ordered a custom size dress as I have a small waist and a larger bust.
The dress has come with the bust 3 inches smaller than the dress I ordered.
There are many issues with the dress and I have contacted them multiple times and had a very difficult time getting them to respind.
Despite them sending me a dress that is not fit for purpose they’ve refused to help me.
I was offered a 100% credit towards another dress however after the first I would not order from them again. All I want is my money back.

Avoid at all costs. The quality is poor and they asked me to return to USA which costed me £37 and they asked me to pay for the postage for them to send me and the return. The product arrived very late as it comes from China but they don’t use the fast delivery.

If I could I would rate them even less. Customer service not supportive at all and gives full bunch of lies

I bought a dress for my daughter and I have to say it was great! I read the negative reviews first but my daughter was absolutely adamant that this was the dress she wanted and we couldn’t find it anywhere else, so decided to risk it. When it arrived, we were delighted with the quality of the dress, it’s heavy and it seems much more expensive than what we paid for it (£71 with discount code).

The customer service is great too, I emailed to ask how long it would take to arrive and I got a response really quickly and it was helpful.

I can honestly say, the negative reviews on this site have not been correct in my experience. I would certainly buy from them again. We are delighted. 10/10

Daughter loved her dress, and they made right on accepting a refund for a different dress.

My experience with Zapaka has been terrible and unsatisfactory. The item I received was far too small. When I contacted customer service, the responses were dismissive advising me to seek help from a tailor ar further cost to myself. Zapaka focused on deflecting responsibility.

The returns process is unnecessarily complicated, requiring photos and measurements before they will even consider a return, despite the product being clearly mis-sized. After reading other customer feedback, it appears these issues are common. My only mistake was purchasing from this website.

I cannot recommend Zapaka based on this experience. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!!

Dress too small. poor quality, poor fitting, distance between bust and neck line was far too small. When I requested a return they said it was over the 7 day limit. It was 8 days !!! Also there is NO label inside to specify what the dress is made of.

Shocking. Item arrived. Zip wouldn’t even zip up and the two sleeves that where meant to be sewn the the jumpsuit had one unattached! Was told to sew it myself. Tried to return and get refund though PayPal and they offered me £42. The item cost me £147!! Refused. Told to return it but the cost was £90! Refused. Still escalating through PayPal!

The dress I received did not look like the online photos. It looks like a glorified black garbage bag. I was out of town when it arrived so I submitted my return request at 10 days post arrival. I was told to submit photos. After that, I was told I missed the 7-day return window and was offered a one time $10 refund for the $200 dress. Their website says returns are easy. I would have to disagree…

Daughter was intent on buying the dress. It arrived today with pen marks all over the skirt like a child had drawn on it. No time to send back now as she actually likes the dress but obs no quality control.

The item arrived and was far too small. I was given instructions on how to send back sending proof of postage , a photo of the package when packed. The cost to me to send back was £26, After tracking the parcel I was informed by Royal Mail the address did not exist.

Terrible experience when trying to return an extremely poor quality dress. They take forever to respond to emails, they lie and then try to offer a voucher instead of refunding your money. It ended up costing me a further £26 to return a £90 dress to the USA (they are not in the UK, they send the goods from China then ask you to return them to Texas)
Mark my words and DO NOT buy from them or you will be left out of pocket and extremely frustrated! 😡

I have received my granddaughters dress today 8th of April 2026, it’s a beautiful dress just has described in the images, however if you plan on buying from Zapaka ensure you measure the 3 main areas. My granddaughter is a uk size 12 & with her measurements we had to order a size 18 & it’s a perfect fit. Great value for the money & a happy customer. 😊
