"doing business in digital while behaving like in old good 90's" - Returns & Refunds can take upto 3-4weeks, and if you try to contact the Zalanado CZ customer care for help, the customer service is very poor. The issue is that the staff has the lack of communication skills and zero knowledge of refund-processes, or ability to see the customer's history. It was really confusing to call several times to get the delayed refundation while receiving totally opposite informations from different operators - e.g.
call / week no.1 "your payment is on the way, we have everything we need"
call / week no.2 "you have not received your refunds because you have not entered you bank details"
call / week no.3 "I see you have entered your bank details but I see the payment was not processed, can you pls. enter the bank details again. It'll take additional 3-5 days, ..ehm, + 2 days bank holidays + another weekend so it is better to count with another 10 days"
.. yeah, I can and I can also cancel all the other orders until you make this process easier :D I won't spend money & time with such a brand

Good service, sizing was confusing and ended up having to exchange a pair of jeans. Overall good customer experience but the info should be improved
Order cancelled with no reason
this has already happened twice. I placed an order and paid for it through Paypal. Counting that I can have my order in in a week - but in a week I got a message, that money was returned back to paypal and order cancelled? this is really bad service, Zalando. I have been a customer for many years, but condsider, that I will ty About You or some other more up to date companies. my order number 19004008990759 I do expect some reimbursement for this. In Czech: Po tydnu od objednavky a zaplaceni mi prislo upozorneni, ze se penize vratily zpet na muj Paypal a objednavka neaktivni....uz se to stalo podruhe...na Zalando se neda vzdy spolehnout:-(

I was always satisfied with services, quality of products and prices. If you want to buy cheaper always wait for a good newsletter. The process of returning items is very easy and you can send items back. However, I would like to be more informed about the clothing that is returned to the company. Hopefully, they resell it.

Great customer service
Great customer service. A cardigan I bought stretched a lot after first washing. I filled out a return form and they got back to me in a couple hours to tell me they have administered a refund without having to send the cardigan back!
Useless Customer Service
Customer service is really bad, my order was delivered in parcel shop in different city (i wasnt home when driver came with order and he left the order in totally different city), they told me that it is close to my address (the place and city of parcel shop i never heard in my life), also they told me to contact PPL by myself, they can not do anything, everything is on me, when i want to ask if its possible to require order back from Zalando side, there is no such an option, I have to wait 7 days till order will be returned from parcel shop to Zalando and few more to get my money back. Im done with Zalando, anyways I returned a lot, bcs quality of products is not good.

Ordered three pairs of jeans and decided to keep all of them - the size recommendations on the website were perfect. The delivery was crazy fast. Two business days, I think.
I like the “sustainable” selection they have. But beware of greenwashing!
Update: the returns are smooth, no complaints here.
Hopeless, just lost my money
Have returned some items a month ago, still haven't received my money back. Customer support say they have tried to make a return 2 times already, but "it didn't work". No reasoning, no help. Only told that they'll try again and I need to wait for another 2 weeks, and it doesn't work again, they "will see what they can do".

Objednávala jsem už několikrát a vždycky všechno proběhlo bez problémů. Jednou jsem celou zásilku vracela, protože mi objednané boty neseděly. Vrácené peníze mi přišly na účet během pár dnů. Mají velký výběr zboží a kvalita je dobrá.

Never use Zalando!
They have never returned money for the returned item and I have been trying to solve it with their Customer Support for 2 months. Zalando was lying to me that money was sent but my bank never received them. Moreover, they could not even send me the confirmation of payments saying that "Unfortunately, we are not able to provide any official document with confirmation
of payment." Which does make it very suspicious!.
They do not even try to understand the customer when such problems happen. I wish Zalando would have better Customer Service.

Zalando schickt sehr oft nach CZ beschädigte Ware. Hallooooo, wir sind keine Müllkippe!!! Personal des Kundenservices belügt den Kunde, sie versprechen z.B. den Ausgleich und ein Paar Tagen später ist alles ganz anders. Stornierte Bestellungen von Zalando Seite sind auch normal. Riesige Fauxpas war die Aktion, wo Zalando hat Nachlass 70% versprochen und dann plötzlich zurückgezogen. Das sollte nie passieren! Und was gefällt mir auch nicht ist der Fakt, daß Zalando löscht die negative Bewertungen der Waren, event. überhaupt nicht veröffentlicht. Warum hat also der Kunde die Möglichkeit die Produkte zu bewerten?
