We’re a travel tech company, so our team is spread across Europe, Southeast Asia, and South America. Zadarma's e SIM feature has changed the game for us. Our product manager in Bali no longer has to hunt for local SIMs, and our sales rep in Spain uses her Zadarma number to take US-based client calls with crystal clarity. The time difference doesn't even Matter — we route calls to whoever is online using call forwarding rules. It’s streamlined our workflows and allowed us to operate like a much bigger company.

We paid for a virtual number and uploaded all the required documents accurately and in full. For the first two days, nothing happened — no review, no response. However, as soon as we requested a refund, Zadarma suddenly reviewed our documents within minutes and rejected them without any valid explanation.

All of our submitted information was 100% correct. We even re-uploaded the documents for a second review, and again we are left waiting with zero updates or support.

This feels like a manipulative tactic to delay the process and avoid providing service or refunds. Their customer service is unresponsive, their document verification system is either broken or intentionally vague, and the entire experience feels dishonest.

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid Zadarma at all costs. There are far more transparent and professional VoIP providers out there.

Beaucoup trop cher ! Au final ça reviebt 3 fois plus cher qu'ailleurs. Tout est payant chez eux, on vous annonce la possibilité d'ouvrir une ligne étrangère mais en réalité ilbfautvune adresse à l'étranger.
J'ai demandé mon droit de rétractation pour mon entreprise les âmes intuitives car beaucoup trop cher et compliqué à installer, on me répond qu'on peut m'aider à paramétrer pour passer un appel.
Je ne vous recommande pas du tout fuyez et allez chez un autre opérateur ce sera bien mieux.

The worst service I've ever experienced in my online life. Expensive, crappy phone numbers and useless support. Don't waste your time and money like I just did.

Vorsicht, Falle und Betrüger

gestern habe ich mich dort registriert, heute den Account direkt wieder geschlossen. Herzlichen Dank. Die haben doch nicht mehr alle Latten am Zaun. Nach der Registrierung geht der Terror los. Kein Dokument wird von denen anerkannt, aber man soll erstmal zahlen. Die spielen sich auf, als hätten die den Datenschutz erfunden, dabei hat Bulgarien erst durch Eintritt in die EU den aufrechten Gang gelernt und scheinen nicht zu wissen, dass durch den Ausweis die Adresse bestätigt wird. Bei meiner Stromrechnung wurde bemängelt, dass ich die Zähler- sowie Kundennummer geschwärzt habe. Ja bildet ihr euch denn ein, ihr bekommt noch mehr sensible Daten von mir in die Hand und vielleicht gleich noch meine Kreditkarte mit Pin.
Ich habe mir mein Geld wieder über Paypal zurückgeholt.
Der angebliche Support ist ebenfalls zum Verbrennen.
Zadarma besitzt auch noch die Frechheit zu behaupten die hätten die Rückerstattung veranlasst, was eine dreiste Lüge ist. Auf meine Aufforderung nach Rückzahlung wurde nämlich gar nicht erst reagiert und so habe ich kurzerhand Paypal eingeschaltet, die das dann veranlasst haben. Also erzählt ihr nichts von Fairness.

I had ok-ish turnaround time with support. They executed on refund and closing account super fast and without error.

The bad part is that they were not able to validate my identity for purpose of virtual number and they repeatedly asked for me to provide documents I already uploaded. Among them there was my passport and utility bill that proves my identity and address. Seeing how zadarma handles understanding of these documents I decided that I do not trust their judgment and closed account. I hope my files are safe and that they are gdpr complaint. Company seems to have various good features and ok processes but they were not proactive enough on support level so we could close our deal and open themselves to some new opportunities.

Two for being professional and operational but we never wrapped what we started despite the effort.

Zadarma ist der Inbegriff von Bürokratie-Wahnsinn. Ich habe alle geforderten Dokumente hochgeladen: Reisepass mit Selfie, Firmenbuchauszug, Gewerbeanmeldung – trotzdem wurde die Verifizierung einer Telefonnummer abgelehnt.

Seit über einer Woche kämpfe ich darum, eine Telefonnummer zu aktivieren, obwohl eine bereits aktiv ist. Statt Support gibt’s nur Hürden und Schikanen.

Wer sich Zeit, Nerven und Frust ersparen will: Finger weg und sofort zu einem anderen Anbieter wechseln!

Sie verlangen Selfies, können 10 Dokumente mit Adressnachweis senden, werden nicht akzeptiert

To register with zadarma you need to buy another number in another service and then register this number with zadarma. Since zadarma cannot confirm numbers from my country

Worst Support I ever experienced in my life. Since 6 weeks I try to import my existing UK number and every week they come with a new problem why it is not working. It is really a nightmare to work with the support.

Terrible. Temps perdu. Aide inexistante, liens inutiles. J ai envoye copie de mon passeport 2 fois, refusée. Une personne s est connectee sur mon compte 1h apres que j ai regle par PayPal. Je suis en Espagne en ce moment, le contact etait a Lille! Fuyez ce site. Je pense que certains remboursements ne sont pas effectues, et a la fin, ils ou il finissent par garder de l argent.

1. No se pueden hacer llamadas ni a mobiles ni a fijos, rara vez he podido utilizar las llamadas salientes, ya que me aparece el error “Calee is busy”. De forma totalmente aleatoria y en raras ocasiones no da ese error. No puedo llamar ni a amigos ni a servicios.
2. Si eliges un numero de la agenda del telefono para llamar, no añade el prefijo internacional automáticamente, por lo que intenta intenta llamar a la india +91.

Si je me permets d'écrire un commentaire négatif, la raison étant que moins de deux heures après mon inscription, deux personnes malhonnêtes ont tenté d'accéder à mon compte, l'une d'Allennes-les-Marais en FRANCE et l'autre de Vienne en AUTRICHE.
Si la plateforme m'a prévenu de ces intrusions, en me conseillant de changer de mot de passe, je n'ai pas souhaité prendre davantage de risques, en privilégiant la suppression définitive de ce compte.

A tous ceux qui liront ce commentaire, je vous recommande fortement de fuir ce site, si vous voulez éviter un potentiel piratage et ses conséquences néfastes ...

Bad customer service, not taking responsibility on issues. i have 2 numbers for more then 2 years, and now . im not getting messages for few days they are blaming the whole world but themselves.

Señores Zadarma ya me canse de escribir a soporte y lo único que recibo es la misma negligencia, operadores que toman 3 dias en responder y su respuesta es "Por favor explique el problema y envié el reporte de llamadas", cuando tiene esa explicación sin exagerar unas 15 veces en el mismo ticket, con todos los reportes de llamadas. Ósea no leen el ticket, luego respondo con la informacion y la respuesta es "Pruebe ahora si ya funciona", respondo que no y loque recibo "Por favor explique el problema y envié el reporte de llamadas", De verdad ?. y Acaso ustedes no son los dueños de la empresa como para ver la trazabilidad?

Si en verdad desea ayudar aquí están los ticket #804778 #809608, porque como explique su correo de soporte es negligente y solo sabe responder esto "Por favor explique el problema y envié el reporte de llamadas".

They fish for US passports data, stay away!

Don’t even bother trying to get a plan with Zadarma. They will not port your numbers over. Even though they say they have sms you need to register a campaign and get written permission from people in order to send an sms. You can recieve sms but are not able to respond in US. Very bizarre system. They tout all these amazing features but it’s all smoke and mirrors!
