Their customer service is rude
Their customer service is fast but rude, they only send you links from their web page and tell you to "read" or stuff like "Everything is in the page, what do you don't understand?". Also I think it's interface is 0 user friendly so I needed a lot of help to learn how to use it and at the end the service wasn't what I needed.

BAIT AND SWITCH
I have a free version of the CRM and have been using it for about two months. Today, I tried to log-in and the system has locked me out because, according to the help team, "You have not paid for the PBX."
Nowhere in their terms of service does it say I am required to pay for PBX to use the free version of their CRM.

This balance can be used for any paid services, such as calls or virtual numbers, and must be topped up at least once every three months. This information is available on our website.

Kundenservice ist einfach schlecht und unprofessionell! Die Seite wirbt für Dienstleistungen, die gar nicht angeboten werden! Erst nach zwei Tagen Warten auf die Verifizierung erfährt man davon!
Anhand der Antwort auf meine Bewertung hier wurde mir basierend auf meinem Ausweis unterstellt, aus welchem Land ich anrufen werde – und daraufhin der Service verweigert. Eine absolute Diskriminierung!

1. Pathetic customer service! Use this company if you want to waste hours of your time with indifferent staff who don't understand English and can't be bothered to assist.
2. Unecessarily complex user interface! Use this company if you want to waste more hours of your time trying to figure out how to configure their systems.
3. Unreliable service! Use this service if you want to force your customers to make several attempts to call your number which doesn't work.

Zadarma's reliability of their phone servers have been terrible... The loose connection and disconnect the call all the time. Often I'll end up hearing some random person on the other end.

Switched there after Skype stopped their old service... However Zadarma's service and the reliability of their phone servers have just been abysmal... often just loosing the connection or even disconnecting mid call (despite my internet connection being flawless)...

Scammers !! Beaware !! You will not get the number, they will take your money and you will not be able to 'verify yourself', and this is after they collect your passport copy (guess where those crooks can use it !!). Never ever use this platform, AVOID !!!

They took my $20 and I still can not call Uk from Thailand and can not get my documents verified - Looks like I will have to write off my $20 and look for another VOIP for international call. SMS doesn't work in new account
I opened a new account with this business (18 years of success) with the supposal ability to handle SMS. After 6 days I didn't receive any answer about this issue. I asked to return my money for a service was not provided. I a shame a business with this lack of service still in the market. Completely a ripoff.

Where is my money?
I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the way I have been treated as a customer. Every time I have made a payment through PayPal, the funds have not been reflected in my account. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, your technical support team responded with completely unhelpful suggestions, such as "pay again." This response is both unreasonable and insulting. Why should I pay again when I have already made the payment?
What’s even more shocking is that instead of acknowledging your mistake and compensating me for the inconvenience, you have chosen to block my account. This is not just poor customer service—it is an outright failure to meet even the most basic standards of support and accountability.
I demand that one of your senior managers contact me immediately to resolve the problems your company has caused, reinstate my account, and ensure that all payments are correctly reflected. Furthermore, I expect appropriate compensation for the stress, time wasted, and frustration I have endured due to your mishandling of this situation.
As a paying customer, I expect better from your company. I trust you will take this matter seriously and resolve it without further delay.

Reasonable experience with Zadarma. I needed a virtual number with SMS and it was all sorted out in a couple of days - identity verification was the rate-determining step. I needed some assistance from their support team, and tickets were answered promptly and helpfully. No complaints so I've given 5 stars.

Ran into some issues but support was great
My documents never got accepted. Even though they were correct. The purpose to get a second phone number should not according to Zadarma rule be for business purposes.
Support is great, they didn't fix my issue but got me a refund quickly.

Is this a scam?
I only just signed up for this service but wished I saw the reviews on Trustpilot. Over 40% of reviews can't be wrong, customer services is very poor and verification of document is taking too long. You can't ask for my bank details, passport and driver's license and still be giving the me the message "in verification". If you are having issues with my ID, why not complete this process before taking our monies? This is very frustrating and seriously giving off scam vibe.
