I ordered from here towards the end of last month as they popped up on facebook selling fans so I placed an order for 2. I recieved an email with order verification but 3 weeks later no dispatch of said items and attempts to contact have been ignored. I ended up reporting it to my bank to investigate.

Zacharia Accessories does not have a Facebook account, and we do not sell fans. It appears a fraudulent page or ad on Facebook has illegally used our business name to trick shoppers. We do not have your order or your money, so you did the right thing by contacting your bank. We are currently reporting this fraud, and we highly recommend you share any details of the Facebook ad with your bank to help their investigation.

Hi elgin, i have seen your comments over on trustpilot this one and also last month's around 5 comments currently only 1 left in our comment box other 4 are removed by trustpilot itself (Dec 2025). You are mentioned our company is fake company, then why are you again ordered 3 items this month. Are you paid to do negative comments on monthly basis. The company you mentioned on your last month comment was "Zachariasr". thats not us. We are "Zacharia accessories" and we are now only focussed in UK. And you just giving comments like i dont recieve 3 items. Then why don't you mention that item, what is the product id and the payment details that you paid for the items to our company. Also the screenshot. Just blindly focusing on comments page than contacting us.
