Really good communication received an appointment the next day would recommend him to anybody. An absolute gentlemen very professional knows exactly what he’s doing and will always give you the best price for whatever you are selling.
What a great experience

My wife and I couldn’t speak highly enough of Daniel Ives and Burlington’s. I reached out to Burlington’s as we had a number of items of jewellery, several ornaments as well as a couple of prints that we were hoping to sell and wanted a valuation. Very soon after my initial approach, Daniel reached out and we began a dialogue. Daniel was very flexible regarding setting up a meeting date and we loved the fact that Burlington’s do home visits in order to discuss the items in question. We found Daniel to be a genuinely nice guy who was very honest, up front and transparent which, for us was very reassuring. We were more than happy to do business with Daniel and Burlington’s and would certainly do so again should the opportunity arise.

I sold an antique silver tea set and tray to Burlingtons and had a great experience. Daniel came to value the items and his offer was higher than what we had been quoted by a local auction house. The whole process was straightforward and payment was made instantly. I would 100% recommend them.

Try to value a watch at 1375.00 breitling. Unbelievable sold for 2750.00 on ebay. Wouldn't trust them

His emails have been professional, courteous and its been a pleasure to deal with him. I will certainly use Burlingtons again if I rationalise my unwanted jewellery in the future! So I asked for a valuation for my watches that were handed down to me, and I called what I consider to be a reputable company to get a valuation for insurance. But after 5 days after chasing the individual, they eventually come back, like I want to sell them on EBay, which to be quite frank I could have done that if I wanted to, But that was not what I asked for so completely perplexed , so I am very disappointed as I have to find a company able to give there time for a proper valuation.

I got a phone call next day and the person from the "team" was rude,snobby and arrogant, within 30 seconds to 1 minute told me we are not interested and that's it??
Obviously I was shocked by the service, all I wanted was a appointment for value of coins. Nothing else but he was not interested

I was happy with the service I received from Craig of the Burlingtons. I got my payment just hours after sending my coins. Exactly as we discussed that’s exactly what I got, changes only happens if one lacks knowledge of the coins . What I just have to assure people is to be well knowledgeable about your coins.

Daniel was knowledgable, kind and very fair with us in his valuation of a large collection of jewellery left by my mother. He was very thorough, managing to find some significantly valuable pieces mixed in amongst a lot with very little value that we would never have known about.

We saw Burlington's advert on GBN and decided to give them a call. This was a very good decision on our part.
Daniel arrived promptly and was soon set up to review our items. Went through them very carefully discarding inappropriate items. Spent about an hour looking, discussing and pricing the various pieces of jewellery. At the finish then gave us what we thought was a very good price and when we agreed, bank transfer payment was instantaneous. All in all a very good move on our behalf and definitely a company to recommend wholeheartedly. Deal with Burlingtons without any worries.
