I BOUGHT THE ULTIMATE PLAN FOR MAC - UP TO 5X MACS FOR $50 2 YEARS AGO. IT BECAME IMPOSSIBLE TO DOWNLOAD VIDS. THEY ASK YOU TO EMAIL THEM, BUT THEY WON'T ACTUALLY HELP EXCEPT REPLY YOU TO WAIT. IT'S BEEN OVER A YEAR AND IT'S ONLY GOTTEN WORSE. THEY CHANGED MY ULTIMATE PLAN TO STANDARD WITH THE UPDATE. (NOT TO MENTION IT WOULDN'T DOWNLOAD PROPERLY BEFORE THE UPDATE). RIGHT NOW, IT ONLY ASKS ME TO PURCHASE THE NEW "PREMIUM" PLAN TO GET THE SAME PERKS I ALREADY PAID FOR! THIS IS NOT A US COMPANY - SCAMMING AMERICANS FROM OVERSEAS. WOE TO Y'ALL!

They changed their format where you have to sign in to Spotify to download. Spotify will now know exactly what you're doing and ban you from their service.

Easy to use and fast
YT Saver is incredibly easy to use and works seamlessly with Apple Music. It’s been perfect for getting music onto my headphones for swimming. The interface is super simple, and the speed to download and convert is excellent. Highly recommend!

It works absolutely flawlessly
I've tried a lot of the download clients and some of them work initially but then later with the updates they begin to fail miserably. I've had the YT Saver now for about a year and it never disappoints. Last Saturday I had a computer disaster with my Windows 11 machine where the Microsoft one drive screwed everything up. It disables everything and well, I won't go into the horror story here but it was really bad. I couldn't get the YT Saver to re-accept the registration number and sent off an email. The very next day I got an answer and everything was just fine. THAT'S GREAT SERVICE. In the final analysis, no matter what you're selling, you're selling service. The software, the service, is really great and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for this type of client software.

Licenza di un anno dopo 6 mesi non funziona.
Avevo acquistato la licenza di un anno Lifetime per un PC. Dopo 6 mesi ha smesso di funzionare sui servizi premium. Ho contattato l' assistenza e mi hanno detto che hanno apportato delle migliorie e che quindi i vecchi abbonamenti non sono più validi... Ok, mi andrebbe anche bene. Alla scadenza dell' anno mi fai pagare per le migliorie. Però io per 12 mesi devo avere quello per cui ho pagato. Passate ad altro... Con gente come questi signori fanno bene a medicare le licenze...

Spotify Download Issue After Update — Now Resolved
I originally left a 1-star review because after a software update, my previously purchased lifetime license no longer allowed Spotify downloads, which was a key feature when I bought the product. Support initially did not address the issue, and it felt like paid functionality had been removed.
However, after further contact, the company provided me with a lifetime Pro account upgrade and confirmed in writing that this is not a trial, has no limits, and restores Spotify download functionality. The feature is now working again.
The situation was frustrating at first, but the issue has since been resolved. I’m updating my review to reflect the final outcome.
Good on them and thank you for honouring the Lifetime License previously purchased.
