Bought from Yoyakunow on a whim after not being able to source an event exclusive Figuarts figure elsewhere. Received it in hand today - absolutely fantastic service. Will definitely be using them again going forwards!

I used this website a lot in the past and they were great, but that all vanished with my latest orders, I have been chasing them for my orders shipping but they are not responding at all to my support tickets and my email, it is becoming frustrating.

Yoyakunow deserves to be recognized for their excellent service. I picked up a figure from them that is very difficult to get here in the states (especially with the current political climate). The communication with Ryota was clear, concise, and helpful. The figure itself was shipped out very quickly and perfectly packaged with ample cushioning for the long trip. This was important as the figure is very premium and of high value. I look forward to my next transaction with yoyakunow!

I purchased a difficult to obtain item from Yoyakunow, recently, and the whole experience was very good. Their customer service was very prompt, professional and considerate of my questions and requests, and I had my item very quickly and in good condition as they did a very good job of protecting it with good packaging. Highly recommend them.

I'm sorry that I'm writing this review more then a month after you send the package, since it usually takes about 2 weeks for items to arrive, but for unknown reason Israel Post took their time delivering it (more then a month) and since it's not your fault, it will not effect the score.
Had my first experience with Yoyakunow after I read great reviews about them and decided to try them out. I pre-ordered Figuarts Wingman and Figuarts Garo 20th anniversary. After reading bad reviews about Garo, I asked Yoyakunow to cancel it and they did quick and simple. When Wingman arrived at Yoyakunow's, they worked with me step by step by email with shipping methods that suits me and shipped it quickly. Now that I got it, I've noticed how secure it was wrapped, surviving greatly the journey from Japan to Israel. Since it all end well, I will definitely buy again. Highly recommended!

Fast and efficiency for handle order, payment and shipping. Also customer services is quite good and efficiency if submit question to them.

Whenever I had an issue, the general manager was happy to help resolve it.

Had my first experience with Yoyakunow over a week ago and I have nothing but good words to say about them.You can find figures on their site that are hard to find elsewhere and for great prices too.My experience with them was very smooth,the communication with them was first class,my items arrived in great time and were protected so well during shipping.I highly recommend this store,very happy with my first experience thank you :)

They forgot at first to send me my pre-order and had to email them but once we established communication it went incredibly smoothly, it can happen to forget things they're only human after all. So I'd say I'm highly satisfied because it went quickly and smoothly afterward 😊 my magic pollon arrived rather quickly and in very good condition :]
