Many improvements lately
So, the platform has had its issues, but since the new year I have seen many improvements. There is still some road to cover (not much though) and it will be a very valuable asset. I also appreciate the owner’s dedication and openness about the platform’s issues and improvements. This is why I stick to my choice and support him.

This platform has been become a daily tool in my design arsenal!
This platform has been become a daily tool in my business to business arsenal. The platform is designed as a "hub" for all generative Ai tools, using various models with tons of options. I initially bought in for the Ai image generation capabilities, which are pretty vast, with hubs visuals for ads, mock ups, branding, isometric designs, etc. It's like Canva but much more organized to focus on specific design elements that one would use everyday. But then I discovered the content version of the app and I can say it is quite literally one of the best generators for all sorts of long form content such as e-books, blogs, ads, SEO, and a myriad of assets, just too many to name. The company had some hiccups initially, mostly due to technical issues with log-ins, normal Start-up growing pains (happens to many) but they've improved beyond reproach in that department. Overall, this software is a winner, one of my secret weapons. Get it if you can!

Youzign. A Great Platform For Designing All Campaigns
Pretty much all is good. Sometimes I guess depending on the traffic on the platform, I have experienced a bit of delay when rendering, but it's always worth a small wait because I know the result will be PHENOMINAL!

Excellent background removal, plus basic image editing.
I've used Youzign for years now. Back when it was a Flash-based site, it was very responsive, easy to use.
Once they had to move away from Flash, the site took a while to get back to working properly. It's still missing major functionality like being able to group items in your image.
And some time last year, I think they stopped paying for their 3rd party background removal app, at which point I stopped using them.
But recently, I checked again, and the background remover app is now working again! It's honestly the best thing about Youzign. Being able to take an image and remove things I don't want while keeping the things I do is SO easy in Youzign - if I need more bells and whistles, I can then download the cleaned up image and stick it in another image editor and finish up my design.
I'm still hoping they'll complete the migration and bring back grouping, but for now the tool is back to being usable for the one function I loved: removing backgrounds and extraneous elements.

The move from flash was indeed a big job for a small company like ours. We almost went bankrupt at that time, and we have been unable to carry on development since.
The background removal is indeed active, and we have strived to keep maintaining it even for users who bought licenses back in 2014 when we launched.
The grouping our previous developer was not able to achieve it. I will need to find a new development team, it's part of the work I am doing this year to not only maintain but improve our services.

This was useless to us without the background eraser tool! Now that it's back we're VERY happy with the product again! Sorry it was such a nightmare to switch over. Happy to see you made it back!

The background removal has been back on for a while now. We even introduced a secondary background remover powered by AI for quick jobs, which thousands of users have used over the past year.
I feel that our lack of communication at the time caused a lot of the frustration and I sincerely apologize for that. I wrote about it here https://dezygn.crisp.help/en/article/a-personal-and-service-update-from-dezygn-1rjym29/ and I will do my best to be better moving forward.
Regarding the move from Flash, we had to switch to HTML5 as Flash was being discontinued. And you are right that we didn't push that many updates since then. In fact the HTML5 switch cost us tens of thousands of dollars, and the company almost went bankrupt. I lost the two developers that were working on it, I went into a depression and I was never able to find the resources to work on it again.
This said, I am getting better and this year I am planning to keep on supporting youzign and improve its features, UX and visual assets. I will publish our roadmap in our helpdesk here https://dezygn.crisp.help/en/ in the coming days if you wish to see how I plan to turn this ship around and even vote on upcoming features.

I too have seen a steep loss in tools available from when I bought the lifetime license. I can no longer do 80% of what I could do with original version purchased a few years ago. Do NOT buy.

If you are referring to some tools in Youzign being not available, the background removal tool has been back on and is being used thousands of times every month by our users.

bought the lifetime license and after 2 years the most important tool, the background remover, is not working, and will not work again because they don´t pay for the API anymore

I am very sorry that you thought we were scammer.
As you know from your message, we had cash flow issues with paying for the API tool in 2022, and as you mentioned, its our most popular feature.
And I can understand that at the time where I was not communication you might have thought we had ill-intent and consider me a "scammer". It was never my intent to deceive you. Last year we introduced a new update with an automatic background removal tool, as well as restoring the advance removal tool you know and love.
It's live as of right now and it has been for the past year. I hope you will come back to try it and enjoy Youzign.
Something is wrong about their customer support department
I am a new user to their product Zsuite Pro. Youzign products are awesome in general. But when I write to them about some issues seeking help, they don't respond. It happed not once. Here is the latest example of today morning.
I subscribed to their Lifetime Plan of Zsuite Pro. The plan provides 3 Admin Users. But in my Youzign dashboard, the option to add Admin Users is not showing up. I requested them by email, there was no response.
I tried to chat when the live chat channel was working. I explained the problem and the response was that agents were online and will attend to my question. Nobody came till 20 mins. I had to close the chat window with a request to send a reply by email. There is no reply so far.
This is creating unnecesary inconvenience and worry that Youzign authority should address without further delay.

Even though I had staff helping me with it, the problem was me.
I had severe anxiety at the time, and I actively avoided problems.
So when something would come up, I would stop answering and pretend it did not exist.

Regarding your specific complaints regarding our products:
- Flash: we refactored Youzign from scratch 3 years ago, going from Flash to HTML5, so this issue was solved. Youzign is still available today.
- The Desktop App for Youzign was just a wrapper and it had multiple issues, eventually we did stop to support it indeed. Our response to you was not correct though and I want to let you know that if you do decide to come up, I am now handling all the client support personally. I will strive to provide you with a much better experience.
