Belfix Anmeldelser

We fixed an appointment using BELFIX it was easy and quick, but on the date of appointment the person never turned up or never called, so I had there number as they gave ma a call on the first day to check my availability. so I sent them a message and then they reply saying that it is getting delayed for them and would like to postpone. so I agreed and we got it postponed but the same was repeated the next day and they came 2 hrs late.
Never trust these people!!!

I used belfix for the first time in Aug 2026, and it was impeccable. One week before the appointment, facing some difficulties in finding the worker to do what I asked, they informed me transparently and offered me the possibility to cancel. I didn't and eventually they managed to find another person who did a great job. I was quite happy with the whole process.

They did not show up at the scheduled date and time. There was no notice and no phone number we could call. It was a complete lack of respect for other people's time.

How can it be a problem to find someone in my region (Berlin!!!!) for a simple inspection?? It is already the second time that they canceled my appointment with a generic mail that they couldnt find someone in my region for this work, they dont give this information ahead so there is no possibility to look for someone else (I even sent a mail asking, yäthey never answered it). This is highly unprofessional and mot s trustworthy company.
