Non existing customer service. Did receive a product not as shown in the pictures, that wasn't satisfactory to us and thus tried to return/contact someone, but no luck. Neither e mails or phone calls were answered. Total scam. At this point their Instagram account has gone silent, so i assume that there is no one who actually tries to complete the orders.

Half januari een map besteld 90x150, waarbij aangegeven werd dat levering gewoonlijk binnen 5-8 werkdagen plaatsheeft. Vrij snel daarna kwam een mail met de medeling dat het druk was en levering langer kon duren. Eind januari nog geen bevestiging gehad van enige levertijd. Via website het contactform ingevuld: na een week nog niets gehoord. Gereageerd via info(at)yourworldmap.eu: mail wordt geweigerd omdat het adres schijnbaar niet bestaat. Gisteren het telefoonnummer op de website gebeld: telefoonnummer is niet actief. Dit zijn bedriegers!

After having had fantastic service with my purchase in 2021, I wanted to buy another world map as a gift for my son. I placed my order and never heard another word from them! I tried 3 different emails ... no response. I tried to phone them .... the number has been disconnected. I emailed again 6 weeks after placing my order & still received no response, so I raised a dispute with Paypal & received a refund. What a shame as the world maps are truly beautifully made!

I’m still waiting for my order and the customer care address indicated to obtain information is not existing

Do not buy from this company! They are having major issues sourcing wood for their world maps resulting in indefinite delays in shipping orders but they are not communicating that to anyone when you purchase!! I purchased a map back in October and it still hasn't been shipped. Everytime I try to communicate with someone I get an automated message from a fake person "emma" so the company doesn't even have the decency to communicate to customers directly to explain what's happening. I don't think I will ever get my order or $200 back, such a sham!

I still haven’t received my order from 5 months ago. This is definitely a scam.
They contacted me with all of the same emails as everyone received below. “Your order will be shipped soon” “our orders are taking longer than usual”. Have contacted my bank and flagged it as a scam.

Voici leur message type .

Map besteld begin November als cadeau voor de feestdagen. Nog steeds na 2 maanden. Niks ontvangen, al verschillende mails gestuurd via alle wegen. Hiervan krijg je telkens een standaardmailtje terug. Als ik inlog bij de site. Zie ik dat de bestelling nog steeds niet gemaakt/verzonden is. Wel betaald. Al meerdere malen mijn geld terug gevraagd. Sindsdien niks van antwoord meer 😫 ik hoop het nog terug te krijgen. Nergens een telefoonnummer op eens naar te bellen ofzo. Hopelijk komt het nog in orde

This company has serious problems with delivering. I placed an order and got a reply that the items things be shipped within 5-8 business days. Now over a month later my order still hasn't been shipped, but the money has been deducted from my card long time ago!

I placed an order with yourworldmap at the end of October 2022, with an initial expectation that the order would be prepared and shipped within 2 weeks. After several email chases, I finally received a reply to say that my order had been delayed, but was given no timeframe as to when it would arrive. After again chasing I was informed on November 22nd 2022 that the order would be shipped within the next 7-10 business days - which again did not happen. After even more chasing, I was eventually told on 17th December 2022 that the order would be shipped within 2 business days - which hasn't happened. I have since received no correspondence and do not believe this company has any intention of fulfilling the order that I placed.

Commande d'une mappemonde en bois passée en Juillet 2022, toujours pas reçu le 10 Janvier 2023. Plusieurs échange par mail avec EMMA, mais toujours avec la même réponse, d'ici 7 à 10 jours ouvrés vous devriez recevoir votre article, et toujours rien. J'ai demandé a être remboursé car avec de tels délais je désespère de voir ma carte en bois un jour, mais là non plus pas de retour, pas de proposition de solution. on pourrait croire à une arnaque effectivement.

Ordered my map on Black Friday to have it for Xmas, got an email telling me they got more orders then expected and the order would be delayed, I waited 4 weeks and requested PayPal to refund me my money. I’m gonna have to order this somewhere else, this was a waste of time.

Einen Monat nach der Bestellung habe ich mein Paket noch nicht erhalten. Am 11. Dezember wurde mir gesagt, dass es innerhalb von 7 bis 12 Werktagen eintreffen würde. Ich habe immer noch keine Antwort oder mein Paket erhalten.
Ich hätte die Kommentare/Rezensionen vorher lesen sollen…

I never received my order nor did I get a response when I inquired regarding the status.

I bought a wooden world map on July 17th and haven't received it yet! I have sent them several emails, and my latest reply was in September saying that "All orders are nearly completed and will be sent ASAP." So disappointed!

Ordered, paid, not delivered, did not answer emails, could not reach customer service by phone:( Filed complaint to PayPal, I got the full amount back in two weeks:)

There is no customer service, they don't answer to the emails, the number doesn't exist and I don't have idea if I will ever receive what I ordered and paid for.

One word - SCAM!
