Jeg bestilte d.10 januar 2023, og fik af vide at der ville gå 6-8 arbejdsdage... nu er der gået 7 uger, dvs. 35 arbejdsdage. Har fået mail om, grundet coruna og krigen i Ukraine, har set været nødt til at rykke deres virksomhed fra Letland, til Kasakhstan.
Har skrevet de første 4 mail, og bedt dem om at sende pengene retur, hvilket ikke er sket. Det er slet og ret et svindlerfirma, og jeg fraråder alle at købe noget via dem...

Beware this company is a scam! They will never send you your expensive map and zero communication. Email address is fake as well and all emails bounce back. Telephone number doesn’t work either.

Hice un pedido el 23 de diciembre. Me contestan con una respuesta "tipo" diciendo que la demora es por navidades o por la guerra en Ucrania. Les he reclamado el dinero ya que no cumplen, y no me contestan. Lo último es un correo del "CEO Janis" diciendo que tardarán 45 días más porque se trasladan la producción de Latvia a Kazakhstan. Creo que me han timado. ¿Alguién sabe como verificar esto? ¿Cómo conseguir un reembolso?

Map arrived but UPS wanted an additional £62 after I already paid £160 for the map with shipping.

ZERO contact about this situation from the company so UPS eventually returned the map.

These people are not interested in customer service, once they get your money it's basically a gamble whether you get your goods.

I ordered a map over 2 months ago and it has still not arrived. I’ve sent numerous emails chasing this up and not heard back. Currently in process of trying to get my money back through PayPal.

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered my (second) map on November 1, never received tracking info, only got a generic email response in January and another in Feb (after about 12 emails sent to them...also, their info email that sent the confirmation gets a mailer demon). I am presuming I will never receive my map now! I had successfully ordered and received a map from them a few years ago with no problem...they must have gone out of business but are still taking people's money!

Habe am 2.12. eine Karte bestellt. Was als Weihnachtsgeschenk gedacht. Geliefert werden sollte nach 3-5 Werktagen. Im Januar hieß es auf Nachfrage, man soll noch ein wenig Geduld mitbringen.

Ich vermute, es handelt sich um eine geschickte Masche. Besser Finger weg!

Kreditkartengesellschaft hat mir den Kaufpreis glücklicherweise erstattet.

i order my map+ flags on 24th November 2022.
After some emails they told me my order was delayed. In end of January 2023 i asked for refund, they cancelled my order, i can't have my money back, they don't answer to my emails....

They are playing with the other people money !!!!!

I did not receive anything. 650 euro down the drain. Credit card company is currently getting my money back

I ordered and paid for the map on December 2, 2022. And I did not get any information about the delay in the promised delivery of 4 or 5 days. The emails I sent asking were returned as incorrect. And i read lot of reviews about this problem, I unsubscribed from automatic commercial emails. Funnily enough I got a notice from YourWorldMap and UPS shipping the map a week ago and on February 6, 2023, I got it at home. What a pleasant surprise. The map is ok. It looks perfect on the wall. I can't add a photo of the map in this review.

The company has a BIG PROBLEM with real communication in shipping and production.

Pessimo, vergognoso, tre mesi non hanno ancora spedito il pacco, non rimborsano e non rispondono alle email. Una completa truffa.

Ich habe vor 2 Monaten bei yourwordmap.eu ein Karte bestellt und bis heute nicht erhalten. Auch auf meine 12 Mails haben Sie bis heute nicht geantwortet und mein Geld habe ich auch nicht wiederbekommen. Die Firma sollte unbedingt verklagt werden.

Hice un pedido el 26 de Noviembre del 22 y a dia de hoy (5/2/23) no sé nada de mi pedido. Alguna de las que también habeis tenido probelmas ha conseguido solucionarlo??

Watch out! We ordered and paid a 750 euro map on 30/12-22. The company promised 5-8 business days delivery time. Now - 6 weeks later - we have not received the map, and money have been drawn from account. We have contacted customer service etc. but we don't get any answer. Is the company fake! Watch out.

We ordered a map in early Jan and not received and no answer from the email. I now read on here that many people have the same problem. Do not use this company as there is no communication and we have lost our money.

Bis heute keine Ware erhalten, bestellt am 20.12.23, heute ist der 03.02.23. wenn bis 17.02.23 keine Reaktion kommt (mittlerweile 6 emails geschrieben) werde ich die Firma wegen Betrugs anzeigen.
