Exceptional service from Gav and the team on our Level 3 house survey. Gavin was recommended to us by our mortgage broker, and he carried out a level 3 survey on a property that we are purchasing.
Initial contact was very quick and all was clearly explained to us in advance of the survey taking place.
The survey itself was carried out within a few days and we received a comprehensive report within 48 hours. The report was detailed and gave us a lot of reassurance about the property, and included many many photos that were helpful in clarifying some of the points raised.
Gavin also offered us the opportunity for a phone/video call to talk through the report in detail, and although we didn't feel this was necessary, we really appreciated the offer.
He then followed up to make sure that we were comfortable with the report findings and to check for any points of query.
