Mixed bag with Y’OUR
What I should most like to see improved is the absence of a telephone number one might ring for immediate assistance. At present, access to one’s profile is managed not through a simple password but by way of an emailed code. Should the website happen to falter—and one need to update a payment card, for instance—one is left rather dependent upon waiting for the system to right itself or for a reply from customer service.
On occasion I have also received the wrong formulation, which does mean waiting for the corrected version to arrive by post. The company does rectify such matters, but in the meantime one is left with products (such as a moisturiser too rich for my skin) that go unused. It seems a shame, for I dislike waste and it is never pleasant to see a perfectly good item sitting idle.
My chief reason for joining was to treat breakouts and acne. Yet more than once I have been sent hydrating serums rather than the acne treatment I truly required. To their credit, when I wrote in, the team did kindly send me the acne serum, though shipments allow only one serum per cycle, which arrives once every three months. Thus the following round again included the hydrating formula instead. At $80 per month, this does feel a little frustrating, as consistency is what one most hopes for in such a regimen.
I also note the presence of sodium benzoate amongst the ingredients. While the company promotes itself as “clean,” this particular preservative has been linked in some studies with effects that give one pause. Applying such a substance over the skin—the body’s largest organ—sits somewhat uneasily with the brand’s otherwise wholesome image.
That said, I must be fair: since beginning, my skin has improved noticeably and is now maintaining itself mostly free of acne. As I am presently breastfeeding, I know that some ingredients cannot be included in my formulations, so perhaps my results would differ in another season of life.
Above all, the customer service team is unfailingly polite and responsive—replies usually arrive within two days maximum, which is truly commendable. The routine itself is elegant in its simplicity, and I very much appreciate the thoughtful inclusion of complimentary items such as a mask and a spot treatment. Those little gestures do not go unnoticed.
No company, of course, is without its imperfections. Yet in all, Y’OUR Skincare offers attentive service, a straightforward routine, and visible improvements to the complexion, though the experience is occasionally marred by inconsistencies in fulfilment and the limitations of its system.
Great products and customer support
I particularly appreciate the sunscreen; I'm generally not a fan of fragranced sunscreens, and I can barely detect any scent in yours, which is wonderful. The serum also feels incredibly smooth, and it must be working wonders because my friends often comment on my 'glowing' complexion.
I've also recently started using the tinted sunscreen and am very impressed with its performance. It doesn't run into or burn my eyes when I sweat, and it provides an even coverage without leaving a definitive chin line.
Finally, I want to commend your customer care team; they are truly superb.

Update: I was contacted by Y'our to discuss my skin care needs. My concerns were addressed and met with understanding and a solution to my needs. Most companies dont do that kind of thing so I am so thankful for their help and knowledge of how to properly ise their products to maximize the effectiveness as well as my need to stay within a manageable budget. I cant thank Y'our enough for making me feel heard and having a solution without trying to price grudge me!
I would very happily give 5 stars for the actual product but I had to knock one off due to the website. When I click on the tab to modify my subscription it makes me fill out a questionnaire and does not let me actual change what im ordering.
As someone dealing with aging skin and also acne... I need to be able to do more than "add" to my order. While I have never had skin this clear... I would really like to drop something and get a different product 😌

I have struggled with acne since I was a teenager. Nothing worked until I started using Y'our Skin. The products work and the customer service is top notch. If I ever had any problems, they were always quick to take care of it. And are super understanding. My only complaint is I wish the product was bigger or came more often but there are free refills.

I came across Y'OUR products through a Google search for "best skincare for teen acne". I was looking for something to help my daughter who is 13 and struggling with hormonal acne. I looked at a few results, and was intrigued by Y'OUR because it customized the products to your needs. I ordered, even though I am not a fan of subscriptions. I figured I could cancel if need be. After ordering, I made the mistake of reading a few Reddit reviews and got spooked. I quickly canceled. To my surprise, I received a very helpful and understanding email, explaining the payment situation which I had misunderstood. We corresponded back and forth over a few days, and in the meantime, my daughter started using the products as directed. Her skin immediately started to calm down and look less red. Her pimples started to clear without her skin drying. It actually looks dewy and moisturized! The customer service representative I was emailing went above and beyond to cancel my subscription, while leaving the option to restart it with a discount. The subscription can be paused at any time, and you can request one refill for each product at no cost in the 3 months between shipments! They also offer many other perks! I am definitely starting up my subscription again! This company stands behind their products, has incredible customer service, and the products actually are amazing! I will be looking into their skincare for mature skin since my daughter's skin looks so beautiful! I can't thank Y'OUR enough, for giving my daughter her confidence back, and for giving me peace of mind! The products are worth every penny and do what they claim.
