From booking to the visit itself and the report the service was excellent.
Easy to get to with plenty of parking, Claire was amazing. Listened to my concerns, answered all questions, and explained everything clearly which helped put my mind at rest. Would definitely recommend if you have any concerns.

Everything from me telephoning with queries prior to booking, through to receiving my report was efficient, pleasant and professional. The lady I spoke to on the phone with some queries was knowledgeable and reassuring, she didn’t pressure me to book at all which was refreshing. The booking process was simple and efficient online, I liked that I could view availability at the click of a button. I received good information before my appointment, not only about what to expect at my appointment but also practical information about the venue which was very useful as I had never been there before. On the day of my appointment, I arrived a bit early but was greeted warmly and didn’t have to wait at all. Claire who did my scan was professional and pleasant to talk to, she was reassuring and everything I would hope for at an appointment. I received my report sooner than expected, although 3 working days would have been fine. Seeing the words ‘reassuringly normal’ on my report really put my mind at rest, which was what I’d hoped to achieve by having the ECG and Echo.
I was really impressed from start to finish and will definitely be a return customer if I need any of the services they offer again or any heart reassurance. Very impressed.

I would recommend - competitive price, helpful & friendly service.
I would though have appreciated an interpretation of my results in layman’s terms. Obviously I can google the medical terms but a 1 paragraph summary would have really helped.

I was very happy with my visit to Hear Scan I was very worried when I got there about my Heart but I was assured and put at ease all the way through my scan everything was explained to me as the scan was taken place by the lovely lady who was looking after me I was much happier when I left. Booking the appointment was easy and the location was also easy to find. Claire is absolutely amazing. She was very professional and thorough explaining and giving assurance as she go along. Overall it was a great experience and definately value for money giving you that added peace of mind.

I was impressed as to the size of the machine and the fact that I could get it wet and not worry.

Comparing year on year results so you can see what is happening has got to be far better than getting one when chest pains come, monitoring a trend is probably far more useful to the experts. Try getting that service on the NHS. The cost is negligable and the same as a good meal out for me and my 2 daughters.

My appointment at heartscan was exceptional. I had been waiting for an NHS echocardiogram for 4 months already and on enquiry about the waiting list was told I would not get one until next year as there was an 8 month waiting list. I decided to pay for one myself as it felt like I was having to put my life on hold. Fortunately I came across Your Heart Scan based in Branston. I was amazed and delighted to find I could make a self referral and that the choices for an appointment were numerous over a 7 day week and at a reasonable price. My whole experience with this service has been first class and I would recommend it to anyone waiting months for an appointment on the NHS. I live in Gloucestershire so it was a long way to go but definitely worth it. Don’t be put off by the distance from where you live, you won’t regret it!
