Quick process and easy to use
I purchased the seven day ecg after feeling dismissed by my local healthcare provider. The device arrived the following day and was so easy to use. Returning was also easy and the report received after just a few days (which justified my reasons for wanting it in the first place). A couple of instances where the electrodes stopped picking up and needed changing, but when I made contact, I received a reply instantly and the issue resolved easily. Would recommend.

I'd ecg done at the Dr and was told no concern but my heart rate still low especial when in bed at night.
That's why I decided to pay for 72hrs heart monitoring at home.
When the result came back,there are concerns abpt my heart,seeing GP soon hopefully will get referral to the cardiology

Friendly helpful staff when needing to make enquiries;prompt responses which answered my questions. Received the monitor very quickly with full instructions. Monitor easy to apply and stayed in place although additional adhesive pads supplied if needed. Results provided in an understandable, clear format

Great service, would recommend. ECG device was delivered promptly - fully charged and ready to go. Simple to use with clear instructions and replacement electrode pads. Pre-paid return envelope included so just posted the device back at the end of the 7 days. Clear report and cardiologist summary received within 5 working days. Cheapest price I could find online, no referral needed - what more can you ask for.

Good Service
Heart Monitor arrived quickly. I still found the hypoallergenic pads irritated my skin, but that is the type of skin I have. The results were very thorough and gave plenty of information. I felt I received good service.

Tremendous service
Tremendous service. I was able to get results in February discuss them with my GP (20th March earliest GP appointment). It was tremendously comforting to get the results and more so when discing the nuances with the GP. I received a letter from the NHS a couple of days ago offering to fit a monitor on 20th April. That would have meant another two to three months of anxiety.

Fantastically helpful and responsive…
Fantastically helpful and responsive communication from everyone I dealt with at HeartTec.
I was told by my GP I needed a 72hr ECG done, but I was due to fly at the end of the following week and there was no way I could get the test done and the report I needed to give to my travel insurance company prior to departure….. which would have invalidated my travel insurance.
I searched online and found HeartTec and contacted them immediately, I received the device the next day by express delivery and followed the clear instructions, I was then able to return the device in person and I received the full report within a day. Total time from being told I needed the test by my GP to getting the results was less than 5 whole days.
I don’t know how else I could possibly have gotten the information I needed any sooner.
Everything was very straightforward and helpful, I’m very appreciative of their proactive support. I’ll have no hesitation in using HeartTec again should I need to have another ambulatory ECG test done in the future.

24hr heart monitor…
Used a 24hr heart monitor for my 16-year-old son, given very detailed results to pass on to the GP. Smooth process from start to finish - would highly recommend this company.

Rapid Reassurance
The time between ordering the device to receiving the Consultant Report was approximately 10 days. Such speedy reassurance is worth the cost. That in itself was reasonable. Genuinely happy with all aspects of the service from HeartTec.
