Your Bar Stools Canada Anmeldelser

Perfect, the chairs and the service!

Tracking the order was helpful and order arrived on time and in good shape. Stools were high quality as described. It is unnerving to order something so expensive sight unseen, but fortunately everything was as promised. It is very difficult to dispose of the shipping pallet.

Good experience dealing with the team

I love my new bar stools from Your Bar Stools Canada. I was a little nervous ordering from a company so far away & one I had not heard of. The entire experience was positive. The bar stools arrived within a two week time period- we were shocked. They were well built, comfortable & sturdy. Their follow-up was also excellent. I would highly recommend.

The efficiency of the person answering the phone and arranging my pickup from the Toronto location.

Product is impeccable

From start to finish, Your Bar Stools Canada impressed me with their personal, thoughtful service. The concierge team made everything easy, and my entryway bench arrived flawlessly packaged. The quality is outstanding—stylish and sturdier than it looks. Highly recommend it!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a great experience with Your Bar Stools from start to finish. Burak was incredibly helpful - he took the time to work through measurements with us and sent thoughtful recommendations for chairs that would fit our bar perfectly, both in style and colour. His product knowledge was excellent and made the decision process easy and confident.

When the shipping company had difficulties to deliver the stools on time, Burak stepped in immediately, organized a courier delivery, and made sure the chairs arrived exactly when they were supposed to. That level of follow-through and customer care really stood out.

The chairs themselves are exactly as pictured and described on the website - the quality, colour, and overall look matched perfectly. We’re very happy with both the Bproduct and the service and would highly recommend Your Bar Stools.

Very well packaged to protect the product. Delivery fully tracked right up to arrival. Love this chair.

Very good look and quality.

I had been searching for stools to match some I purchased several years ago. These classic ones proved to be an exact match. The online photos were very helpful in helping me to ascertain the details before purchase.
The ordering, payment, and delivery went smoothly.
When I did reach out to the Concierge Service with a question about my order I received an answer the same day. It made me feel my business was valued.
The product is well made, and presents a low profile so the stools blend into the counter zone as opposed to being a focus.
The packaging of the stools for shipment was incredibly secure. Stools were protected and boxes tightly wrapped. Impossible to damage in shipping.
The stools are an exact match to what I have and I am happy. They were even on sale!!

Excellent communication, the product arrived in excellent condition. The chairs are good quality and very comfortable to sit in.

Good quality and easy to work with the company. I do recommend the product.

Our experience with Your Bar Stools Canada was exceptional, beginning with the phone being answered by a real person - and to then be pleasantly surprised to find out that it was the owner of the company who answered the call. We received prompt responses to all questions and then follow up emails to support the information. The chairs were received in a timely manner, in good order and we found them to be of the highest quality. It's refreshing to receive exceptional personal service when it seems businesses have forgotten what service really stands for.
I would highly recommend Your Bar Stools Canada and look forward to working with them in the future.

The items were excellent, and the customer service was very good. The only negative was that our items took multiple weeks to arrive. We were not in a rush, but it could be an issue for others.

Quick shipping, bar stools were well packaged and high quality stools.

They were accommodating and responsive. The customer service team resolved my product issue quickly and kept me updated. Extremely satisfied with their management.

Your Bar Stools Canada offers transparent policies, honest pricing, and excellent customer service. The quality exceeded my expectations. Thrilled with my purchase.

We noticed their unique design on-line and were pleased to see that the quality and finish of our new dining chairs was just as we expected. They arrived without damage, delay or further cost to us. We love our new chairs
