DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I stayed at a place managed by Your AirHost for 2 months. There were major problems with hot water supply, the washing machine, and the property has the incorrect bins so waste piles up. When I arrived there was rubbish all over the driveway, including rotting food. Your AirHost, is terrible at communicating, I would wait hours for a response to urgent matters and their replies would often ignore what I had said completely. Communication within the company is also terrible, each time I'd call, whoever answered didn't know what I had previously called about. Particularly this became a problem when the house was repossesed by the owner. I was instructed to vacate the property early and both Airbnb and Your AirHost made minimal attempt to find me a suitable replacement - Your AirHost even acted as if they didn't know what was going on and informed me to continue paying them money - until I got the second notice instructing me to vacate. They offered me one option for rehousing, a 3 bedroom house at almost £3000 a month. After giving up trying to be rehoused, getting a refund took days of calling, re-explaining myself. Additionally, Your AirHost let a plumber into my room while I was at work, without my consent. They left my door unlocked - a complete violation of my privacy.

Teddy is so helpful and patient with your initial onboarding application and Mario gives you great tips on your marketing , befor your property's stunning photo's get taken.
once your property is live, Rochella is straight to work and keeps you up to date and is really helpful and friendly

Alex talks you thru with any questions and concerns you may have without rushing you off the phone .He is very laid back with a real passion for his job and communicating with customers and has a calming personality and never seems to get gets fazed !

Omi's customer service skills are second to none . she's very good at her job and just seems to go just that extra mile where nothing is ever a problem

I took YourAirHost on to manage my Central London Apartment.

In summary, the property was managed incompetently with no attention to detail whatsoever.

There was no attempt to market the property effectively, so subsequently, there was a large number of voids, and the property was rented out for very little: on questioning this I was ignored.

There was no regular communication with the company proactively from them: I was largely ignored when I contacted them. Their Philippino support staff often had no idea what was going on and caused a lot of confusion throughout.

There were serious problems with the property which were ignored, and even when the reviews highlighted the issues, they were ignored! Any maintenance issues that they did fix where charged at high rates, and often they didn't fix the problem at all.

There were various damages and I was unable to claim anything back. They even overcharged me commission: when I queried this, they didn't believe me until I pushed and finally they paid me.

Finally, the transition process took forever and I had to bear the cost of keeping the low bookings on after I had stopped working with them.

I recently started using Your airhost to rent one of my properties and I have been extremely impressed by the efficiency and friendliness of the whole team. Onboarding was made as simple as possible and I particularly appreciated the advice given on how to maximise short term rentals. I would highly recommend Your Airhost to anyone considering using a hosting company.

I have had the worst experience ever with this company.
Please be aware that this company is based on empty promises. They have no vetting system in place for clients. On the other hand, they outsource their cleaning services, which are totally non-existent. The times I could come personally to check the cleaning after clients had left, I found empty packets of crips and bottles on the floor, wardrobes with old clothes, tables and shelves with stains of sticky drinks. On top of that my sofa was broken, even a socket inside a wall was also broken. Let alone that I had a number of items stolen from cupboards.
I made a complaint to AirBnb and although they were quite supportive and took note of this company, of course they cannot undo the damage.
