I've had the pleasure of working with Your AirHost on a variety of projects and found all their staff to be extremely professional and courteous. Great company.

The place I stayed at was really nice. High ceilings and a long spiral stairs going all the way to the bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Seemed like a converted church.
Conveniently close to a Clock House station and a 10-15min walk to a bunch of restaurants, pubs, stores, supermarkets, etc on the main Street.
Very well equipped with everything I needed for my stay.

Stayed in a lovely studio hosted by this company. The hosts were very helpful, with a really easy and straightforward check-in process and they also provided a lot of amenities for my stay, which was great.

The room was decently sized and clean.

I had to make a long distant call to the Chelsea Air Host to ask a question. He was terrific, he listened and understood my problem. I will book again with him, because of how quickly he offered me a solution.

Such a lovely flat exactly like photos! Check in could have been a bit smoother but the host was communicative throughout and very helpful. Stephan is a lovely host and gave me all the information I needed.highly recommended!

Location was perfect with bus stop just below the building and tube station just 6-7 min walk. Tesco was just below the building and 2 other supermarkets nearby. There were several cafes and restaurants close by as well. The apartment was true to pictures and looks exactly the same. All amenities were provided with high quality hot plate, oven, microwave, washing machine. coffee maker. It was very clean and well maintained. The balcony was the highlight as it was quite huge. Linens and towels were provided as well. We stayed for 8 days and felt like being at home, we also requested for late checkout on the last day and the host was kind enough to provide us the same. Will definitely come back to this one next time we are in London.

They are so compassionate! - they agreed to grant us a full refund when our daughter passed on before the trip. Not sure how many hosts would do that. Another booking could not do the same. Responses to questions were always prompt and polite as well. Many thanks!

Completely fraudulent company. Fiddling booking payments to landlord. Charging the landlord for works that were never carried out and failing to provide invoices. Failing to be transparent with income received from bookings. IF YOU ARE A LANDLORD DO NOT ASSIGN YOUR PROPERTY TO THIS COMPANY. You will regret it! Your Airhost ref:ova-1. This should help you recognise the property rather than being in denial which you thrive upon.

Completely fraudulent company. I stayed at a company managed by AirHost who required a damage waiver of 45£ that would waive my liability of any accidental damage.

Magically they find curtain (re: mosquito nets) that are damaged and collect 290£ in damages (to repair flimsy Amazon mosquito nets) and ignore the damage waiver they forced me to buy.

Total scam will find fake damages and charge you for them. Avoid at all costs

This is a fantastic property letting business in London that I highly recommend. The apartment I stayed in was in fantastic condition, very well looked after and matched exactly how they advertised it online. I rate this company the best I have used because of their online helpline and management team are there 24/7, once I lost my keys and they had a replacement over to me immediately. I would highly recommend and will be going back later this year.
