Yoga Burn Anmeldelser 

Very unreliable. I do not recommend. Ordered lots of products, haven’t received any of them and company do not respond to any emails with request of help. I am waiting for few weeks now.

I ordered the Amino H2O 3 Bottle package on 27 August. We are now mid-November and I still haven't received anything. Customer service is not helping at all . I really regret having purchased this, don't do it, people!!

So first of all, I developed a rash around my eyes while taking the capsules, I´ve been tracking the symptoms and it is definitely from the capsules - so who know what is actually inside them (I have no allergies whatsoever on the ingredients that are supposably in). Secondly the customer service couldn't care less. And btw, 60-day money back guarantee is a scam. Whatever, one star.

I have all the Yoga Burn programmes and love them. I like that the workouts are 15 minutes long and you can do as many rounds as you have the time and energy to spare. You can also mix and match the programmes and Zoe and the team have great calendars to send you. The Yoga Burn Monthly is different because each practice is roughly 30 minutes. I highly recommend the Yoga Burn programmes.

I am very disappointed in this product. I ordered the 6 Yoga Burn Monthly DVDs and have only received 4 of them, even though I am meant to have them all now (I don't have 1 or 5). I have been given the excuse that once it leave USA there is nothing Yoga Burn as a company can do, this is appalling I have paid for this product and have not received it TWICE. It is up to the Vendor to help at least give the money back if an item has not been delivered but Yoga Burn give to ridiculous reasons and avoid the issue all together. Not a happy customer at all.

The Yoga Burn App (for 194$) can only be used with internet access.

DO NOT ORDER IT!!! It conveniently gets stranded in transit and the. You will get the rub around trying to get your money back for something you never received!!!! I keep getting excuses and just down right stupid reasoning for the “delay”. But no solution.
I’ve been fighting for over a week and still nothing. So my attorney will be the next one making contact!!

I first started with the free yoga program, and since I liked it, I soon ordered the other ones. Like with everything else it takes a little bit time to get used to the instructions and the poses, but If one really listen carefully to the instructions you get a lot of help. It gets better and easier for each time you practice, like everything else new that you learn.
The programs are short, effective and with precise instructions, and you can easily combine them if you want longer programs. These practices has helped me in so many ways, and I am looking forward to continue. I have done some of the programs two or three times, but every time I learn something new.
I can also say that Yoga Burn was very helpful when I by mistake signed up for a program that I had to pay for every month. Shortly after I had contacted them it was cancelled.
I have only had good experience with Yoga Burn, so five stars!

I have started just with yoga burn dvd, then ended up purchasing all the others OYB, TBC and TCC. I have been struggling to motivate my self to exercise. With Yoga Burn knowing that its only 15 min workouts helps me and you can always find the time to do the exercise. I prefer first thing in the morning so i feel refreshed and awake for the rest of the day .At the moment i am mainly working on TCC and being always slightly bigger and never having any core muscles (i have been doing this on and off for a year) i am starting to see the shape of a six pack or though still flabby, but it works. Yes it is quite expensive but i bought most of the dvds with offers, so definitely worth the money. I have never in my life been able to have strong core muscles. and i have only been doing 2-4 times a week for 15 min each time. i did do TBC for about 3 months last summer, but felt my core needed more work before i could do some of the poses. so working on TCC until stronger and will start OYB and TBC again. The instant access which i was confused to start with is on the link when you first purchase, which i struggled to locate at first, whilst you wait for DVD to arrive. Definitely recommend it. I work PT, also i am a Student FT and a mum of 2 young girls FT :) so only can do 15 min, yes it takes longer to see the results but its worth it and its doable, as i don’t have hours to drive to the gym or spend that time in the gym and in total, 5 min for setting up and 15 min exercise i only waste 20 min a day with great benefits at the end of it.

I don’t know about all the negative reviews. I ordered both the Total body and Trim Core Challenge and both came in in time, both had the online access emailed to me immediately, and both came as promised. I used them religiously at first, and I’m going back to it (they really are effective if you have injuries and are unable to do some of the more traditional core workouts). In a few days of doing the Trim Core, but abdominal muscles are coming back. When I did the Total Body, it seemed to work all the smaller, oftentimes forgotten muscle groups I was missing when doing traditional strength training. And yes, I do sweat when I’m doing them!

Great product. I love it. However, the advertising says Instant Access, which is not so true. You have to wait until you get the CD until you can get the access online.

Great customer service! They respond within 24 hrs to any question that I have. I just love yoga burn . It is my favorite yoga practice and I just love the Yoga Burn App 🔥 🧘🏻‍♀️❤️

I'm so frustrated with Yoga Burn. I purchased the program back in October of 2020. I have been unable to access any videos as the playing service says videos don't exist with the link they gave me. I contacted them via email for 3 months with no reply or help.
I then contacted them on Facebook messenger. They finally replied and told me it was my wifi and to try a different location. I went to my parents house, McDonald's and the library. It still didn't work. My husband is Military and we just moved to another state and it didn't work.
I had to contact the Better Business Bureau to try and get this resolved. They only replied once saying how many happy customers they have and that it was MY FAULT. They provided no resolution. They also lied and said I had not contacted them until Jan 2021. I have sent them video of it not working and pictures to explain my issue. I also have emails and screen shots of dates and all communication. This company should be ashamed of themselves.

I have the total Body Challenge and the Total Core workout, as well as following Zoe on social media - it's brilliant, the workouts are suitable for all levels and Zoe and the Yoga burn team are so motivating and supportive. Zoe and her team respond to every comment on social media and the workouts are brilliant. I signed up to the online Inner Core and wanted to cancel it and had no problems cancelling. Totally recommend! I am in the UK and the postage is a bit steep but never had any problems with payments. I buy the dvds on special occasions to justify the postage costs :) Give it a go - makes you feel so good about yourself and Zoe and the team have a lot of free workouts on social media and youtube to try before you buy. Once you do you'll be hooked!

I have ordered Yoga Burn and the Trim Core. I didn’t run into any of the payment issues referenced below.
If you’re reasonably fit, the workouts are on the easy side. But you do get to stretch and you will sweat a little. I do the videos on my “off” days - when I’m not on the treadmill. I would recommend to others.

Hello yoga community. I purchased this app because in their website they offered a 60 day guarantee. Great, I'll give it a go. When I decided it was not for me and tried to get the refund I was directed to go through the play store. Google play denied the refund. Back to Yoga Burn; "sorry, out of our control". Really not the "yoga spirit" at all. Yoga Burn, if you're teaching a true yoga experience please practice on and off your matt! There are many other yoga apps. Buyer beware .

I’m not one to jump out and blast a company. I understand things go wrong and I always like to reach out to give them the opportunity to make it right. That’s what good customer service is about. In this case, I gave them several opportunities to do just that and they failed miserably, so I feel I have no other recourse.

YOGA BURN
On Dec 1 I placed an order for a work out DVD. This would be my fourth time as a customer, and I really liked the owner’s approach to yoga as high impact. On Dec 3 I was told my order was headed my way. On the 19th, I still hadn’t received it so I reached out to the company as it was showing as shipping pending. They told me it had been delivered and referenced a completely different order, to which I corrected and asked them to review for the order I had messaged about.
They came back and said it got stuck in the system and they were sorry. I asked in return if it would be possible to upgrade the shipping since it had already been 19 days. The response - “sorry lovely we are unable to upgrade shipping on our end”.
I responded asking what happened, why did it occur and explained I thought customer service would be a little more thorough or offer something for their error. They ignored the message.
Yesterday, I went online to the free FB YogaBURN Tribe community I’m a member of and it said that I’m unable to post until Jan 18th, yet I hadn’t posted anything in months as I generally go there for information and to read other’s stories.
So I reached out to YogaBurn again via messenger to ask why I was disabled.
Today I get a message that said, “I’ve read the comments in this thread. I see we’ve already shipped your package and at this point cannot change the shipping speed. As for out Tribe page... our moderators/admins... we trust their judgment as they adhere to the rules of the group.”
I responded that my point was that I hadn’t posted anything so it seemed to me that they banned me out of fear that I’d post about my negative experience, which I had no intention of doing until now. Their final response to me this morning was “Appreciate your feedback.”
Then the kicker... I finally get my tracking information. My shipment went out today at 1:36pm. So there were several opportunities to upgrade my shipping, but they chose not to.

In short, I was a happy repeat customer who reached out to find out what happened to an order that was still in limbo after 19 days. Over the course 4 days, they gave me the runaround, offered no concessions, and banned me from posting in a group I joined as a customer/member out of a perceived fear that I’d post something negative. They didn’t upgrade shipping, offer a concession I could use, explain what happened, or clear up their mistake. So they took a happy repeat customer and made me a never again customer. That’s incredibly shoddy business. And to try and block me after treating my inquiry like I was the one in the wrong was poor practice all around.

So here’s my formal complaint.

Also, I had also reached out prior to placing the last two orders because I wanted to order two things and it wouldn’t let me add them both to my cart to save on $10 shipping each. They assured me that if I put in my payment info that it would let me add to my order. Yeah, it didn’t. But because my payment info was added it took the order. So I ended up having to place two orders and pay the extra shipping. One was received, the other was held up. The one I inquired about that still hasn’t been received was just shipped today, 22 days later.

So they had some pretty good opportunities to do right or at least refund some shipping. They chose the poor customer service road instead.

Do not purchase from this company. If you want a refund you have to go through hoops to get one. Her program sucks she talks way way to much. I have been in the industry myself for 16 years and she talks way more then the class. A 15 minuet class I kid you not she talks for at least 60 percent of the time. Don’t waist your money or time

I ordered 2 DVDs and had go through various hoops yo get the checkout.
Within the free trial period I logged in to cancel my subscription to the inner circle, but guess what, I couldn't and couldn't see any active subscription.
I emailed support and advised that I wanted to cancel and was not authorising any payments to them. They cancelled my inner circle subscription but guess what, there was still an active subscription which they subsequently charged me for, which I'm not getting a refund for because I didn't read the email properly.
I buy alot of stuff online and services, but I've never found a service that's so difficult to cancel, where you can't cancel through logging in and self serving. Its poor and gives a sketchy feel.
