Every Alma device delivers smooth bilateral tactile stimulation through alternating left-right vibrations, with fully customizable vibration speed, intensity, pulse duration, LED brightness, and session timer—all controlled through our dedicated iPhone and Android app. Alma tappers are used during EMDR sessions, grounding exercises, mindfulness practices, relaxation routines, stress relief, focus sessions, nervous system regulation, and wind-down rituals before sleep. Being an EMDR therapist and being highly selective in regards to the types of tools and interventions I use in treatment, these tappers, as well as the company standby the intention of healing, supporting the process of deep trauma work. I can not be more pleased with the easement, the control both client and therapist have to promote nervous system regulation. These truly are a must have. Thank you for inventing, envisioning and providing us the technology to empowerment.
