Customer service has been okay but my beef is that Yea Getaways chanrged more for a checked bag than if I booked it though the airline directly. Something I’m now aware of if I ever book with Yea Getaways again.

The package was well planned. The hotels were great. We had a problem with the airport/hotel transfers and the issue was immediately resolved. This was our 3rd trip and have referred many friends/family who have also booked trips.
