I have previously written a positive review for this company because my first purchase was smooth. HOWEVER... they now seem to have absolutely no way of contacting them! They have taken £333.72 in total for an amazon tablet and haven't contacted me once regarding delivery. I've sent them multiple emails and call them multiple times a day, where I am met with an automated voice that states that there are no agents available (for WEEKS!) I have also emailed cancellations to try and cancel my order... again no acknowledgement of my email or response... yet they continue to take payments! I have had to contact my bank to block them from taking card payments and have been told that if they try from another bank the fraud team will be getting involved! 🙃 I hav tried EVERYTHING to contact this company, several numbers have been called, multiple emails have been sent, call backs requested, messages in my account... absolutely no response! AVOID ❗️❗️❗️❗️
