Fabulous

I recently purchased two shorts and shirt sets from YAZIR, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The colours are vibrant and eye-catching, and the quality of the fabric is absolutely fantastic — you can really feel the difference. Ordering was quick and easy, and delivery was lightning fast. I honestly can’t praise this company enough. Top marks all around — I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Morrocan Thobe

Salam!

What an Amazing product! I'm from the USA, and they have one of the best thobes I've had so far at a reasonable price tag. Many friends came over and asked me where I got them, and I could not recommend Yazir enough. The packaging was perfect; there were no rips, and the delivery was on time, as stated.

Really fast delivery

I needed two thobes for a Friday and I paid £3.99 extra for faster shipping. I messaged YAZIR on Instagram and he was so helpful!! I received my order the next day and I’m so happy with it!! Definitely will be ordering more thobes because the quality is insanely amazing and super affordable too! YAZIR held off delivering the next day stuff for about half hour just so I could get my order in. If this isn’t amazing service i dont know what is

Would give 0 stars. Ordered some clothes for my son. Got a dispatch email with tracking number the following day and then got an email saying order refunded. No email explaining why order was then cancelled and refunded. How was a tracking number issued? The order amount refunded did not include the delivery charges that I was charged. Sent them an email asking for a refund for delivery charges and I am yet to hear from them. Maybe I’ll get my card company to get involved.

Don’t recommend

I ordered a thobe for my husband a few days ago for Eid but didn’t receive no confirmation or anything about my order. I paid for extra delivery for it to come in time too. In addition I’ve emailed and dm the company but still no response. Don’t recommend! Bad customer service

1. First I ordered a size XS as it was in stock. Payment had been made and then I receive a cancellation email that it’s out of stock.

2. I then place an order for a size Small. This arrived but it was a size LARGE!?

So annoying!

Best thobes, amazing service

I’ve ordered many morrocan thobes from various companies, however I must say for the price and quality , yazir is hands down the best. They charge almost half of what their competitors do and are of the same if not better quality. The range of colours they offer for such cheap prices is fantastic and the customer service is second to none, the brother responded almost instantly and was very keen to help with sizing and even offered me a small discount. Will be recommending to all of my friends and family , and will only buy from here in the futureMay Allah bless his business and allow for it to be prosperous and make it means for him to enter Jannah

Order not received after a month

I ordered one month ago, still didn’t receive my package for which I paid 25€ shipping fees. Wrote them several emails, they didn’t respond. Really bad customer service

unacceptable transport cost

I took 1 order of 2 djellaba and 1 order of 3 jelaba so 5 in total. with €25.95 transport costs for each. when I asked to make a single package, they refused.
Then they removed one jelaba from my order. so the 4 jelabas for €123, with €52 transport costs. I have just collected my first parcel and I was asked to pay €15 transport costs again so today I have 1 parcel at home and I have already paid €67 transport costs without counting the €15 of the second package which will arrive so €82 is unacceptable, they are huge thieves

This company falsely advertised about a…

This company falsely advertised about a new drop for their stock. When asked questions about it they have chosen to ignore those questions and reply to other people’s queries instead. Poor customer service and communication. Prices and colours were all falsely shown and were nowhere to be found on their website. Waste of time and effort.

restocking update

Update: 18 March

They didn’t drop on the 15 like I expected so did everyone else lied with another date. It moved to 17 then 18

After waiting forever and thousand of people waiting they finally released 10 thobes each max, as it sold out within 3 mins. Also they lied about £19.99 drop, everything was over £28 minimum. Shocking

None of the new drops were 19.99 don’t beat around the bush. That’s what they tried advertising. Also why release so few when you made thousands wait for so long

they gave us a discount code for making us wait for so long and you guessed right that discount code did not work lol

I didn’t even mention that that the product was different lol to what was advertised. Shocking company. These brothers need to learn how to run a business properly. May Allah help us
