Anyway, just looked back through our emails and I cannot clearly find what you have suggested? I asked simply the following:
How I upload said docs securely to you guys, you changed your method along the discussion thread, so a bit unsure on that one.
You have not stated in your supply chain how you share the said documents with them, and keep track of there issue, and there destruction. Method of destruction is unknown?
You have not stated how long you keep any of said documents and how you track them, sign them off as destroyed.
Who has ownership?

All of the above should be included in a standard operating procedure and very simple to answer. Its not rocket science. Maybe in one paragraph.

So simply put, turn what appears to be a narrative into actual evidence, clearly share to me and all the people reading this in an actual formal response.

If you do not, then it clearly suggests that you do not know, and that raises many other questions.

If you do, I want love to sign up.

I rang with a technical problem and a pleasant guy called Claudio walked me through the whole thing. Very impressed with this company.

Great service! After encountering an issue with my domain, they responded quickly and resolved the internal error much quicker than expected. Great DNS provider overall!

I have been a Yay.com customer for many years (paying for their premium contract) and used to love the Yay.com App and its features.

With every recent App update I have been left with an unusable App/not being able to make phone calls etc.
I don’t want to have to spend time trying to resolve these issues with the help of customer service team.

Whilst the customer service team have been trying to help, one shouldn’t be put repeatedly into the position where App updates leave the customer(s) with an unusable expensive contract.

There have been multiple different issues which seem to repeat themselves for the App use on iPhones. Something is amiss here.

The company should be able to compensate their customers for any hassle, regardless of the type of contract as a gesture of good will when a customer is being put into this unacceptable position over and over again.

We transferred our voice calls from another provider to Yay for a more flexible service and they've been great! Really helpful from first contact/queries via Junaid, through to any questions or help needed from their team which is usually Dom Baker. The transfer of systems was a little complicated but that was down to previous provider and an old system we had been using. Yay arranged the transfer of the line for us, and talked us through how to re-programme our office deskphones.
We've been with them since 31st July, but so far they've been great.

The Chap Rowan that works here is calm, professional and very helpful..

Dom was very helpful. Prompt response and on point

Signed up, paid them for £8, tried the service, all good. Went to use it the next day only to discover my accounts been blocked and deleted. They even blocked my IP address so I couldn't access the website and figure out what was going on.

When I called, I was told I'll be receiving a refund and given no explanation whatsoever. We'll see if that actually happens.

If you're a small business, ignore Yay.com at all costs. I'd assume incompetence rather than malice though.

Dom has been very helpful since the beginning—always responding straight away and quickly sorting out whatever needed to be resolved. He was consistently friendly while remaining professional. I’ve never experienced better customer service in my life! Dom is truly an asset to your company, and I wish every company had someone like him. :)

Ive just signed up for Yay.com and Junaid made the set up extremely easy for a somewhat technologically challenged person. We had two seperate video calls, the first where he explained the system to me and then again a few weeks later when id had a chance to explore other options and had then decided to move forward with Yay. Junaid talked me through the whole install and told me to get in touch for anything i need once i start using the system. Im extremely impressed with the one to one communication here - Junaid, you were a dream to work with. Thank you!

Yay is very responsive to it's customer's needs. Sales staff (Junaid) reached out to me by phone and email to make sure my telecommunications experience was top notch! Service works great also as I am based in the US but need a local UK phone number.
