Overall the product was very good…
Overall the product was very good purchased as a birthday gift. I paid for next day delivery as I made the purchase on the 16th Feb after 2pm. For this reason I expected the order to have arrived on the 18th as it was dispatched on the 17th. However it arrived on the 19th (Saturday) a day after the birthday. Not really next day delivery for that reason I was very disappointed.

Having looked at the tracking, it looked like Royal Mail attempted delivery on Friday 18th February but no one was in to accept the parcel according to them.
We will definitely look into this with them on this, and we are sorry for the delay here.

Fast delivery but wrong item sent
Order came quickly but was the wrong item. Customer service was good but unfortunately they ran out of the item I ordered which was a Christmas present which was disappointing. They offered for me to return the wrong item free of charge but I ended up keeping it so had present to give.

Excellent Service from Yards Store
This winter I ordered a wonderful Barbour jacket via Yards Store. The first time I ordered, the size was not correct. Exchanging my item was very easy, thanks to the super-polite and patient customer service of Yards Store. I will definitely buy again on Yards Store!

There is clearly no EU customs duty on the website.
Still, I had to pay customs duties for a shirt.
I wrote to customer service, no response.

Had a delivery issue with Royal Mail…
Had a delivery issue with Royal Mail where they damaged my jacket in transit.
Called the store to report and got a call back from the warehouse within 10 minutes. Replacement issued immediately. Really nice fella's on the phone and they sell great gear!
Online or in store Yards are top geezers.
