I live in the US and I couldn't find anyone who would repair the pocket clip on my Yard o Led pencil. I contacted the company and they arranged for me to ship my pen to England; get it repaired and ship it back to me. The whole process took maybe 6-8 weeks. I am very happy to have my favorite back again!

The experience from purchase to delivery was exceptional. The pen worth the wait. I had few questions about the product before purchase and it was answered promptly. I wish the Pen was little taller because I couldn’t gauge the size on the website but it fits.

Very beautiful Pen, I admire the English craftsmanship.

excelent product lovely

They answered my questions and their products were as described. I would have liked the paper better if it held a unique watermark indicating Yard-O-Led.

The entire experience once I walked in the door was incredible. The woman helping me was so kind and helpful. I have written every day with my pocket pen and it is my favorite to write with, even moreso than pens of a much higher "pedigree"

Rudy was super friendly and helpful. Service was prompt.

The product speaks for itself.

Polite, knowledgeable and helpful advice. Most impressed with the presentation of the shop and the help offered.

My beautiful pen was repaired and restored perfectly! The entire process was easy to arrange online, and the customer service team was incredibly responsive and helpful in answering all of my questions. I’m so happy to have my pen back, it is a work of art!

Prompt response and solution to e-mail inquiry about a ballpoint pen refill not common in the US for a beautiful YOL pen. Quick delivery and tracking of purchased item coming from overseas. Caring and competent manager/salesperson. Great service, quality of product, and availability of merchandise.

First and foremost, Yard-O-Led is a company that crafts beautiful writing instruments. These are fountain pens, ballpoints, rollerballs and pencils that are exquisite silver pieces to be passed on generation to generation. I have purchased these items from different companies over the years but a Yard-O-Led Mayflower or Yard-O-Led Viceroy Victorian fountain pen, would be the writing stick my hand is most familiar with,(I also have a Yard-O-Led ballpoint and pencil). They write the best and look the best. Who would have thought ? - piece of jewelry that flows ink.
My final comment would be : customer service is second to none as they always return your call/email.
