Quick and efficient order and delivery process .Great sturdy bed, my son loves it!

Great service.. great bed my boys love them and space savers

Ordered a TV lift bed with 2.1 speaker via a marketplace from this retailer. The ottoman lift safety bar came damaged. The speaker wouldn't turn on. The cables were hanging out the bottom of the bed base and wouldn't screw in. Customer service were non existant until the point weeks later under threat of chargeback & legal action, at which point they have been prompt to respond offering firstly for a second product to be delivered, parts needed taken out and then the collection of both products at a later date. We physically did not have space in the house to go for this option. We simply asked for a replacement to be sent in the van on collection of the faulty product and they have agreed, and then backtracked stating they could only collect the product and send a replacement at some undetermined point in the future. Please also note this is after several weeks again of ignored communication and having to actually have legal means contact the company. They have once again backtracked their deal and are only willing to take the faulty product away with no replacement offered. They left us under stress trying to contact them, with mixed messages, asking 25+ working days in a row for a fresh 2 working day reply time and asked us to keep the original (HUGE) packaging in that time which has obstructed the safety of our home due to its size/making life an obstacle course under the pretense they would not continue to support replacement of the bed, which needed a 2 man delivery, is not then deconstructed into its original packaging. Please avoid this company. At the time of review they have still not collected this product or sent out replacement parts and it has been several long weeks.

My son loves this bed

Delivery delayed and then not made as. Courier did not observe instructions to carry drivers license to gain access to our address (military camp). Online contact form does not work, spent hours trying to contact xrocker customer services as courier requires new delivery instructions from sender directly. Eventually managed to make contact through facebook, to be given a ticket and wait 5 working days for a response. We are unable to wait this long for delivery as required for foster child arriving. Poor customer experience, would order from elsewhere in future.
Edit* still no communication from Xrocker uk as of 3/05/26, purchase made on 29/03! No refund issued and nothing delivered. Initiated charge back with bank and will be referring to Trading Standards and Action fraud as seems to be common practice to take payment, refuse to deliver goods, ignore customer enquiries and fail to issue a refund.

Absolutely love the bed but the delivery took ages waited 9 days for it to arrive so if your needing quick delivery I wouldn’t recommend but the bed is perfect for my little boy

Very study bed
The rungs on the ladder are so painful on your feet need to be wider
Very disappointed as every image shows it with red led lights and this bed does NOT come with lights this should be clearly stated

Delivery was done professionally
and it was easy to put together and produce is of a very high standard and quality.

Every piece of equipment was well described helping me to decide on which desk and which chair would work for me. And when hey arrived they were well packaged and protected and so easy to put together

Chair we purchased was the white on. And it easily stained and changed colour after a few weeks, off the dyes & colours from my lads clothing. And unable to connect to the playstation.

Was sent wrong colour have tried to contact you without success very disappointed

Bought for my son. Nice rich colour of red, easy to setup and quite comfy so he tells me. The chair back moves forward/Backwards giving different comfort areas. Overall i would recommend.

PS: Not related to XRocker, the parcel arrived damaged with part of the base of the chair sticking out but when opened, everything seemed ok when opened, so no need for further contact. The parcel did look like it had seen some action.

Little lad loves it

Fantastic Ironman gaming chair for a 5 year old who was over the moon to receive for his birthday. Delivery was super quick, highly recommend X Rocker UK

Was very happy the the product purchased but was not made aware that the bed and mattress that was purchased together was going to be on 2 different delivery days (mattress 1st bed 2nd). Other than this very please

Great bed at a great price. Was easy to put together and very sturdy. The lights all worked and I have a very happy teen.

We purchased two of X Rocker's Spectre floor rockers for Christmas for the kids. They are used lightly. One of them randomly had a large "clunking" happen that made it impossible to use. I reached out to X Rocker, opened a ticket, tried calling, they completely ghosted me.
I eventually got a look at the inside of the chair just to see what the clunking was. It is a large piece of concrete that broke down the middle, it was being used as a counterweight. Clearly a manufacturing defect that happened two months into owning the chair.
I reached out yet again, opened another ticket, tried calling (the phone number I found is disconnected).
THIS IS ABSURD! You cannot operate a company and then ignore your customers when your product fails!
I'm not giving up, I am working on a chargeback for this and will be looking into other methods to make sure they don't get away with this. And the crazy part is, they are still shipping products every day, you just have ZERO SUPPORT if anything happens. Not even bad support, just NONE. Wild that a company would attempt this in 2026. It even states when you open a ticket their current response time is 5 days, which is a complete lie, they just don't respond. If anyone from X Rocker reads this (doubtful), I still need this issue resolved and my first ticket # is 184550.

Just don't buy X Rocker products until something major changes, this is unacceptable.

Super simple delivery process. Bed is very sturdy and well made. Wasn’t too difficult to put up from someone who isn’t DIY savvy. My son’s overjoyed with it and it looks great. Really happy with service.

I recently bought a chair from X Rocker UK for £160 and I’m using it right now. Overall, I’m really happy with it. It’s comfortable, feels solid, and was easy to set up. For the price, the quality is very good. Delivery was smooth and everything arrived as expected. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good budget-friendly chair.
