I've been using this web hosting
I've been using this web hosting service for 4 years. Initially, for the first 2.5 years, everything was great, including support. However, after that, I started facing frequent issues, especially with reseller hosting. While they would temporarily fix the problems upon request, the issues would reappear after a couple of days. There were also server location issues. Comparing the service from 2021 to 2024, I’d say the support and overall service quality has declined by around 50%.

More than a year
More than a year, i am using xmart hosting services, having 10 different hosting from them, all hostings are very much fast more than other well-know service provider. I have experienced very poor customer support and user experience with their hosting and domain services. I have been using their services since 2022. Recently, I ordered a new domain from their site, and the only automated feature was their payment capturing method. Nothing else was automatic. I have been waiting for my domain to become active for about 5-6 hours, and I am still waiting for their response. This has been a very bad experience for me.

I came to XMart Host because I wanted…
I came to XMart Host because I wanted to be free of the prying eyes of Google.
The domain registration transfers were seamless.
I did have some challenges switching my email hosting (multiple accounts). However I believe it was as much my lack of experience in doing an email host switch as anything else.
During that process their support people were patient and helpful.
Now all I have to do is determine what Calendar App I want to use and I will be completely free of Google.
