I recently purchased the Deluxe Hosting Plan primarily because it advertised a free domain. However, at the time of purchase, there was no clear indication that the free domain offer was only valid with a 3-year plan. This important detail was only revealed after I contacted customer support, who sent me a video explanation. something that should have been made transparent on the product page.

When I requested a refund under their 30-day money-back guarantee so I could instead purchase the Starter Hosting Plan and domain separately, I was told that my request had been forwarded to the billing team. Unfortunately, I never received a response after that, and my support ticket was left unanswered.

As someone who has previously signed up multiple clients with their hosting and has many client websites running on their platform, this experience was disappointing. It's disheartening to see such a lack of transparency and follow-up from a company I’ve recommended in the past. I hope they improve their communication and support practices going forward.
