I just purchased a monthly subscription VPS (great price for the specs and the amount of SSD storage)

So far, the support has been extremely helpful and been going back and forth with me for 4 hours to help me figure out some basic network configuration stuff (I'm a beginner).

As of now, I'd recommend this service to anyone looking for VPS hosting for sure.

they installed windows xp on my vps. the staff is very good.

ADDITIONALLY, the owner also played roblox with me for 3 hours, how fun!!!!

The support is very kind, polite, and helpful, and the prices are good, due to the small support team, you could have a delay sometimes, the best thing is they are looking to help you, don't use you, express their apologies by real things if there is a problem.

I recommend xentain because the support is kind and polite.

I like the prices but the servers itself are just not very good, the DDos protection is extremely poor and with no prefirewall access you can’t really make it any better. so if you are simply looking for a really cheap server then go for it but don’t expect any form of protection whatsoever.

Good SLA and Fast Support. Plactrix is the best executive, responds within hours if not minutes. (the others not so much...) I would recommend buying a VPS in Fremont or Germany. You will get a good experience with Plactrix. Ran into issues with IOWait, was solved within hours. The network is well not the best, but they are working on upgrading it in the next month. Their SLA Policy is extremely kind, 1 day added for every hour of downtime and they usually give more than what's stated. Essentially if the VPS is down for 1 day, you get a whole month added or a refund, it's your choice.

Well what can i say
this company is not only the cheapest in the market offering path.net ddos protection with an outstanding network and computer specs
they also have a firewall manager that you can create your own rules, filters with so none of that taccy opening a support ticket etc :)

Xentain Solutions Inc. as a company has provided me with amazing support and constantly shines in their costumer relations. Quick responses, thorough support, great response time, great pricing, and great locations they host services in. The C suite is approachable and very proactive at ensuring a costumer's issues and concerns are addressed correctly and the costumer is pleased with the outcome, within reason.

I don't got anything bad to say about Xentain, I came from a merged hosting company thinking "Oh god another Canadian Hosting Company that's gonna scrow me over", But Nothing but good things to say about them, They've helped me migrate everything over from my old hosting, They've been supportive throughtout the support ticket I've opened, The owner Plactrix has been about to walk me through a few Next.Js issues, He's helped me fix some web-hosting issues. It's a all around amazing company, helpful, supportive, friendly, even the members in the discord are amazing. If anybody is on the fence for switching to Xentain, Don't be. I can say for a fact, 100/10 would recommend!

They have a lot of cloud Hosting options to choose from, they are so kind and helpful in their tickets I absolutely love them and their additional ips cost 35% less than other companies I checked so far, I really reccomend trying (:

Great people, excellent service, I had a small problem with one of the VPS's I ordered but it got solved within a minute on a Discord ticket.

Very poor, no one has to deal with the submitted tickets, the network is very poor, the label is 1GB in fact, there is not even 1MB, may I ask this VPS, how do I use it for my customers?

I've had such a great experience with Xentain. Their staff is very helpful and during they were down in Dallas they transferred me to another location for a critical project. They are very well priced and the staff are very nice. Will recommend to anyone

VPS is great and affordable. The reason I chose them is BGP support (bring your own IP) and they are very helpful in setting this up. I'm very happy with it!
