Simple application but needs work
Filling out the application was relativity easy. However, I was needing a term life insurance policy and then clicked on accidental death to learn more about this. I chose to add this to the total policy. All I ended up with was an accidental death policy. I could not change it or go back. I tried the chat which was only a robot. There was no phone number to call. Only an email. So now I have an accidental death policy and am still out in the wind on the term life. Just hoping they contact me back about the other.

I'm so sorry you had problems contacting us and finding a phone number. Our customer support number is 1-844-WYSH-HLP, and we also provide live chat on our website from 9 am-5 pm M-F.
We want to provide applicants with options, so we offer two types of policies in certain states. We're sorry this was confusing and will take this feedback seriously to help prevent confusion in the future.
Exceptional customer service
This was by far the best life insurance company I've ever worked with. They were so fast and got me an incredible rate! The user experience on the website is also amazing and everything was super easy to understand. Simplest by far and the best!

Took sometime due to some previous health risks but had I not had those things happens I wouldn’t be here nor would this be a reality.
